Does anybody have this aspect with someone? I was just wondering. How do you feel about this person? Doesn't matter if it's with a man or a woman. I have this aspect with one of my friends, and to say it plainly, it makes me love them so much it drives me nuts. I just can't not love them. Even if I wanted to. Not that I do. I just can't because they are like family. Like your teenage kid that annoys the #%&$ out of you sometimes, but you still love them just as much.
I would like to hear your responses, so ...Anyone?

Hey BFE,

how you doing

Composite Sun conjuncy Venus is a fab aspect to have (especially is it's with a partner)
but friends and family often have it too.

In a composite chart, you should find that both individuals will have the strong (deep) affection for one another, pretty much as you describe it in your thread. Though you may find two men descriding it may not use the word love so freely!!! LOL -

I can't say I recall having it in a composite, but I did have my Venus conjunct my X girlfrieds Sun. And yup it was pretty much as you described. The Sun being the more powerful of the two in synastry aspects meant that I simply adored her - she reflected everything feminine and beautiful to me, if that makes sense!

composite is a very strong bond and is often a very good aspect for marriage.

Hope that helps

Yes I have this with my current Aqua bf, our Sun and Venus are EXACTLY conjunct in Aries, buncha other trines in the composite chart.

My natal venus also conjuncts his natal Venus (in Aries).

Its awesome sort of bond--a fascination and complete, pure love with the other person on emotional, physical plains, a connection that I've never had before.

We dont get to each other, or really annoy each other at all. But the little things that do irritate sometimes, are completely unimportant in light of the deep magnetic attraction and irresistable admiration and liking of the person.

He oversees all my faults I think, and loves to compliment me....same from me to him.

Love
SG

I have this aspect with an ex his sun conjuncts my moon, venus, asc and our Merc conjunct. Well put it like this we broke up maybe 4 mnths ago and it feels like we never ended things my feelings for him continues to grow. It is weird. So I guess that really is a strong aspect to have with someone. The really strong thing about all of this is we had/ still have I can sometimes still feel it a strong mental connection where I know what he is thinking an he knows the same. It is just weird never knew anything like this. One more thing when you have that aspect sun conjunct venus the attraction is unbelieveable. It is like steel to a magnet...

Yup, you guys know EXACTLY what I'm talking about don't you? That's not it though, there's a ton of other stuff that would indicate my being magnitized, and having a very strong bond, mentally, and otherwise. Is this most likely mutual? I mean, I know they like me enough, but do you think that it's the same platonic kind of love, or bond, or loyalty, or adoration, or whatever you call it from both sides?

in a composite chart, is having sun conjunct venus the same as having person A's sun conjunct the person B's venus in a synastry chart?

Hi Blue Topaz,

No, sorry, it is not the same, In a synastry chart one persons Venus conjunct anothers Sun would indicate the Venus person would see the Sun person as overwhelmingly wonderful (warts and all) and be extreemly atracted to them, the Sun person would like the Venus individual, possibly, as much because the way the Venus person displays affection would be to the Sun persons liking and as such a bond would form. Hate to say it but the Sun person would have the control within the relationship with this aspect. An x of mine had her sun conjunct her x husbands venus and his sun conjunct her venus !!!!! very powerful, needless to say after three years apart, they are now back together! inevitable really, the attraction is too strong, but it's not a sexual attraction, it's one of pure love and affection. With these aspects, it's almost impossible to hate the other person, no matter how hard you try. !!!!

In a composite chart, the conjunction is shared between the two individuals equally, so when together they both have an equal feeling for one another

Understanding that a composite sun/venus conjunction is strong. So, what can be said of Sun cojunct moon/merc/pluto in a composite chart? What if all 3 are present?

Thanx!

Composite Sun conjunct Moon is another of those great aspects, these two are the raw male and female energies within the zodiac so when in bed together, it doesen't take much working out to realise that they are naturally going to get along!!

In real terms, it signifies that the relationship is well balanced, the two individuals are both capable of supplying whichever energy is required at any given time, whether it be the male or female side without fear of losing themselves or the feeling of letting go of the reins as it were.

Composite Sun conjunct Mercury is not so much indicative of good communication, rather the communication which is shared, is understood. Each partner can understand wha the other is trying to say or get across and it also signifies that the two individuals would enjoy communicating between themselves. A sort of natural rapport with one another.

I spent 7 years with someone who's merc was opposed to mine, natally, Boy, if I'd known about astrology back then it would have answered a lot of questions. Ha. it didn't matter what either of us tried to say, we both always misunderstood. It took years to work out that everything which was said needed to be said clearly and in the majority of instances, explained or broken down into precise detail!!!! took a lot of the romance out of things but saved a lot of rows!!!

Anyway,

Comosite Sun conjunct Asc - not too sure about this one, but If memory serves me rightly, it's one of those, as a couple the two individuals become quite noticeable. The fact they are partners is evident to all around and the individuals become more whole as it were within themselves but due to the fact they are together - does that make sense? hope so, I know what I mean anyway

Composite Sun conjunct Venus, I've already touched on, Composite Sun conjunct Pluto I think was raised somewhere,

Wow, As a pair the two individuals with this aspect can do one of two things, the two powerful energies can be combined and used as a dynamic force to move forward with or they can seperate and turn these two forces onto one another, it really depends on how well evolved the two spirits are. but it's a strong one. This is more likely to produce the first result, in most cases but I'm not one hundred per cent sure on this placement so I could be simply talking, pants!!!!

But it's definetly a far better placement to have than composite Sun opposed Pluto! now thats a dangerous one

Viper: I have all these aspects with a ex partner His sun Conjuncts my moon, merc, venus and Asc. We both have Aqua in merc. Anyway all that you have described is so true I felt all those things in our relationship and still do feel alot connected to him even though things have ended its weird. What I was not sure of is exactly what you meant in your last paragraph by saying that one of two things can happen with the Sun conjunct the asc placement if seperate theses forces can be turned onto one another. Did not wuite understand can you break it down for me.. I can be a lil slow sometimes.. LOL!!!!

I had this aspect with a man last year and he pulled me out of an abusive b/f situation. He was sweet and caring, I know a couple of people with this aspect and they are very much into listening to me on an emotional level.

However, my Venus is in detriment and squared, so its' not as important as other aspects. It's good to look at the natal chart, there are no absolutes.

I like Sun or Moon conjunct Venus,
I had Moon/Venus with someone and yes it was good physically(for him mostly), but too moody. We also had Sun square Pluto and Square Mars! He still calls and hangs up for no reason at all.
My natal chart has Mars square Pluto, Mars is conjunct Ascendant opposite the Sun, and Pluto is trine my Sun. You can see how I would attract that kind of energy, I tried dating a Sun conjunct Mars once, and he got sick of my cautious nature.

Then I tried dating a Pluto conjunct Sun, and he was too frugal.
So it seems I will keep attracting something else until one of these days I get it to work with a Pluto or mars conjunct Sun, they are so sparky.

i wanted to add that altho i thot Sun conj Venus is great, it may jus be that since mine and his natal Venuses are conjunct thats why we feel that way. upon closer inspection a lot of things about composite charts bother me. a LOT.

oftentimes the Sun/Merc aspects will be totally off. i had sun conjunct merc which is supposed to be good communication, with two exes, the virgo and the leo, and we had horrible communication in both relationships. totally false. what was more true was that in synastry, both had merc in virgo and mine was in gem, perfect square to both. that totally explained the tension in communication.

also, this cap guy that i talked about in the egyptian2/SG/GG/sana etc thread, the girly short one thats dominating, i did our charts, and we have composite sun conjunct merc, mars, venus. wow right? no, more like YUCK. i hate him already. so boring and annoying. i even yawned when he was talking, it was so bad. i jus wanted to tell him to shattap.

Love

Hmmm, that's interesting SG. Maybe you are just weird, or it could be that all of this stuff we are going through could have to do with something totally different than composite aspects. The person I was talking about, we also have Moon conjunct asc., mercury conjunct Mercury, and some other stuff I can't remember. I think all, or most of our Venus aspects were squared. That's weird, coz we like the same music, art, conversational subjects, etc. & what I feel is just like the explaination for Sun conjunct Venus. What sign was it conjunct in with the Cap guy SG, would that have anything to do with it??? Just a thought.

I've got the charts of a man & his father's girlfriend who have mutual Sun/Venus conjunctions synastry-wise (his Sun conjuncts her Venus & vice versa), and they very much did not get along. At all.

I've had Sun conj Venus with my first girlfriend and there was a feeling of HARMONY and WELL-BEING between us, as well as an ease to share pleasurable social and cultural activities. I think it brings a sense of belonging, but not as powerful as when the moon is involved.
I agree that by itself it doesn't create sexual attraction, which I think has more to do with Mars, Pluto, ASC.

Also we should consider the orbs, because there may be some difficult aspects in the chart as well...
This relationship had an orb of about 6º. Would you say it counts or should that harmony be attributed to other aspects (there were lots in our synastry)?
One of my friends has asked me to look at a composite chart and it has a Sun-Venus conjunction of 8º37'. Is that too wide for you guys? (I'm not too sure on which orbs to allow in a composite... I usually consider up to 8º for a conjunction)
