I need to do some more studying before I can give you a personal interpretation, so for now, I can tell you what my "Astro-Encyclopedia" says!Jupiter in 12th House: You are drawn to social work, the ministry, giving your time and energy to charitable organizations, or to serving and helping the disadvantaged in some way. Your generosity and unselfishness will bring you and others much good. Does this answer your question? Well it was in my 12th last year... I was really isolated... I barely saw anyone. Focused on myself. I guess I needed that time. Because this year was a lot more active and I had to be out there. Focused on goals and being social which is hard for me. I had moments of feeling lonely but for the most part I liked having so much me time.IP: Logged |

That's how it's been for me, SilverFairy--isolating!Jupiter has been going back and forth between my eleventh and twelfth houses (due to retrogrades)...when it's in the 11th, I notice that I have lots of social invitations and feel generally happy and wanted, and when it moves into the 12th I notice that I get very lonely and isolated...people cancel on me, no one initiates contact...and also, I notice that more people seem unhappy with me...like, editors have more problems with my work, there are more misunderstandings and unpleasant surprises. Jupiter transiting the 12th is supposed to be a "guardian angel" placement, but I'm experiencing it as unpleasant and isolating. And now it'll stay there through the middle of January. I'm hoping to find some way to live with the isolation until it moves to my first house. IP: Logged |
