So, recently I've had some intense, personal encounters with a man who is a Sag native. Based on his birthdate (I don't have exact time, but I do have city and day and year of birth) he has moon in Pisces, Mars in Scorpio, and so on. He's intense with most people, of course, but I have to say, that while he is curious about many people, he's shown more interest in me than I've seen him show in many other women in our social circle. (Perhaps I'm too "under his spell'?) He seems to be a fire sign with lotsa water. I could almost predict that just from my being with him. I'm a native Pisces with Taurus moon, Leo ascendant and good ol' Venus in Cap. We really flirt with each other but are both very friendly, approachable people in general, so perhaps his way of communicating with me is not-so-special, yet once we talked all alone on our own, we still flirted like mad and indeed, we seemed to both sense that spark. What is that spark? Is it just a fire sign/Sag thing? I have to admit, at first I saw him as "too much work," but perhaps we can be good friends? I don't neccessarily feel like a "typical" Pisces (what would be typical, anyway?) so what I've read about my sign in love does not always apply. How do Pisces and Sags interact? Do we challenge each other to be our best? I feel like he does that with me: I wanna show him I can meet him anywhere and perhaps even surpass him...but then I just wanna have fun and revel in the shared sense of fun we seem to have. Anybody have any insight/ answers? ------------------

If I were you (I am a Sag sun), I would continue to get to know this man and see if the sparks continue to fly. See what your comfort level is. Remember, Pisces and Sag are squared signs, but that isn't necessarily bad. It can be a challenge, and depends a lot on your personal planets and the synastry in your two charts. If he has a lot of water, that could cool his fire a bit, but his true Sag nature would still spark. Sags have a lot of passion in general, we're emotional creatures. Is this a working relationship? If so, someone you will be working around? Let us know how things progress Laura IP: Logged |

Hi Laura--Thanks for your info. Yes, we work together in a capacity (not a daily, at-the-office thing, but on the same longterm project nevertheless). What makes this all the more fun/ confusing is that he's my "boss"/ supervisor (we work for the same organization; it's kind of like an arts-charity). We never really talked until this year's work was over and we had a Xmas party. He and I stayed later than the rest. That's where, to me, his flirting in our common workplace (which we are at about 2-6 times a month, depending) went from just fun stuff to some one-on-one conversations that got a bit personal. He's initiated it all with compliments, kisses & hugs at meeting and leaving, sharing funny stories with me, etc. I have a good female Sag friend, but am really not familiar with Sag males. I know that my female Sag and I sometimes need a lot of work to "get" each other, yet we're both dedicated to the friendship so we're familiar with that need. Also, I'm newly single so this is all quite new to me anyway. Like I said, I have his birthdate and it seems there's a lot of water in his chart, but of course I can't really know without the birth time. Anyway, I'll keep some distance and be flattered : - ). The other women he's been interested in are all, uh, pardon the pun, good catches. I'll take his interest as a compliment but am happy we have 4-6 weeks off. We're both intense people, and we're probably both incorrigible flirts as well, so he may or may not mean anything serious with his curiousity. Like I said, I've no idea if it's physical or intellectual/ cerebral (that's where all my romances start, in my head) or nothing at all. I think if I'm smart with this situation, we could have a mutually beneficial relationship. He doesn't begrudge his other employees resources, professional contacts, references, etc. Can any Sags out there tell me what he gets out of this?! Thanks, Zelda IP: Logged |

I had this thing with a Pisces guy (I know it's other way around, but the feeling is just the same) and it lasted for almost a year. As friends we were perfect, we could talk for hours, but as lovers...too much unresolved conflicts, secrets, and it just went on and on. He couldn't deal with his past, and me, well... I am Cancer moon and Pisces Asc, but my Sag always shows his face, especially when my water elements are not secured, so I start to flirt and flirt and date other people just to prove that I'm independent. The good part is that we're still good friends. IP: Logged |

Hi Cekana--Well thanks, I'm glad to know you're still friends. Sag men are new to me but I'm happy to know they are generally a friendly sort. Not ones to hold grudges or have their egos so bruised they cannot see others' worth. By the way, I'm ending a romance with a fellow Pisces and your issues with your Pisces guy ring true with all of my experiences with the male version of my sign. I greatly admire many Pisces men, but romantically, it's too much of a drain. This male Sag seems to be very "high maintenance," in fact, I almost despised him before we got to know one another better on a one-to-one basis. As a woman, I see the other females in his life kinda taking care of him, or handling him in a way and that does not appeal to me at all. Frankly, he seemed most surprised of all to be interested/ attracted to me. I have no idea what changed. Probably we both have a fairly superficial attraction however, I feel that we could have a deeper friendship that could really last. He's a straight man with lotsa straight (unavailable) female friends. I like that and I like those women, so...this is very interesting and new to me. Thanks again, Zelda ------------------

Pisces and Sag square...It would be more easier if you had more fire in your chart or atleast a fire moon..My girlfriend has been with a Sag guy and she's Pisces for a loooooong time, but she has a Leo moon. Goodluck on that.. IP: Logged |

Mama Mia: Would my Leo Asc. help out at all? Do the nodes affect relationships at all? When I saw that his moon was in Pisces, I wasn't surprised, I think that must be part of the attraction. Zelda ------------------

I know it's not quite the same but I've been dating a Sag Ascendant with a Pisces Moon for the past 4 years and I have Pisces rising with a Leo Moon. Sag and Pisces *can* work just perfectly provided both of them have a little bit of the energy of the other person in their chart as well. If that's not the case they might end up stepping on each other's toes. So, since you have Leo rising this can help you understand the Sag energies. And his Pisces Moon is in harmony with your Sun. But it takes some work from both sides. He might have to make concessions. The typical Sag need for personal freedom is something that Pisceans might find hard to live with. And as a Pisces Sun you might need to get a thicker skin. Because Sags can hurt Pisceans very easily without even intending to do so.Note: It always depends on the entire chart. It's never safe to make a judgment based on Sun, Moon and Ascendant alone. IP: Logged | |
