Capricorn in the house!

Of course...we're always there.

I'm surprised by Archuletta, though. I thought he might be an air sign since he's drawn to air sign singers.

I'm also surprised by Brooke. I would have thought she'd be a feminine sign as she appears to be very watery.

As soon as I looked at Michael Johns, and his performances, I had a hunch there was something Libran about the guy and sure enough! He revels that he was a Libra on one of the shows Lol!

The guy came from Australia on a Tennis Scholarship... His background kinda hit me home since its something I can relate to with my past.

I simply loved his performance of "Dream On" last night even though Simon called it "wannabe-ish" Lol! (Which in a way it was but hey... I loved it.)

Yeah, it's like they don't want to hear him sing other people's songs (even though that's how the show works). His best week, last week, was [of course] when he sang a song no one had ever heard of before. Then the judges were satisfied. It's like he should do the most obscure songs he can find or something. I think that's a bit unfair.

It was weird when he did that Simple Minds song Don't You Forget About Me, and Randy compared him to INXS's singer Michael Hutchence. It's unusual for Randy to make such an error when name dropping.

Its totally unfair! In my personal opinion, his heavier voice kinda nailed "Dream on" better then Steve Tyler but yeah he shouldn't have hit those high notes and I think that part of the song may have been way too big for him. But other then that, his voice gave "Dream on" much more dept then Steve Tyler's rendition (And I know I am gonna get booed over this by Aerosmith fans Lol!)

I think it's interesting that there are no Leo's, they are usually the big performers.

Randy and name dropping lol I did like it when he sang that one. All Breakfast Club n' stuff. hehe Yeah, I didn't like the Dream On and I looooove that song. He didn't even capture the emotion and inspiration that I think is pretty easy to find and channel with that song.

I've loved David Cook since he sang (amazingly well) Bon Jovi during his audition. I'm not crazy about Aries dred lock guy but he captured Somewhere Over the Rainbow perfectly. And I love that version. I was tearfully clapping for him. And country chick did great too. A Capricorn... hmmm. She already was signed and recorded a couple albums. A few of them have this season (dark haired Carley too). The "young" season. They must be running out of "undiscovered" vocal talent in America.

My favorite of Libra guy's performances was the Queen. But that song is just so amazing that it adds power to any performance.

I think he'll get a record deal no matter what. Probably won't win AI, but I think he's connecting with people.

She needs to go already. She should have left at least a couple weeks ago.

Couldn't agree with you more, AG-- so sick of Kristy Lee Cook (?) already.

My fave? David Cook. LOVE HIM! Carly Smithson is my second fave, followed by Jason Castro.

Who do all of you like for your top 3?
