I have chiron in taurus in the 1st conjunct asc 3 deg. it opposses mercury in scop exact and squares my nodes. I'm very intense, emotional, troubled, and obsessive/sensitive about my looks(asc). I think it makes my mind very deep and nonconforming, really interested in the unusual. I'm also very sensitive about someone even making a positive remark(mercury) about my appearence (asc). It really makes me feel uncomfortable/embarrased if a boyfrienf tells me i'm beautiful cuz I don't feel beautiful. I the way I look is my wound from chiron conjuncting the asc and I have a lot of trouble communicating from the mercury opp. I think someone on here had a really good link for chiron in 1st.

I have Chiron conj my ASC (but in the 12th). I remember my astrologer made a big deal about it and I was like "...OH."

I too have problems when people try to compliment my looks. I get embarrassed or I try to ignore it. I don't take compliments well.

I guess it's about wound related to self worth..
I have read that it also means we can help or inspire others in the same dept.
Magi astrology is one from of astrology I know of which makes a big deal out of chiron.
