Apparently some of the Aquarian contingent on LL need to feel love. So, here are some things I like about Aquarians: OBJECTIVITY & PERSPECTIVE
My father has this as his moon sign. My mother, a very emotional woman with strong watery placements in Cancer, says in his favour: ask him, he will give you an objective answer. So that is something good about Aquarians. They will give you an objective viewpoint, and sometimes that is very helpful and just what you need. If you are like me and get wound up by your own strong feelings, a bit of cool analysis can help put things in perspective. HUMANITARIANISM
Aquarius carries water, but it isn't a water sign. It handles emotion, it doesn't get involved in it. That doesn't mean it is unfeeling. It is just carrying out an important duty. If you have ever studied Ethics academically you will know how much that involves dissecting words, phrases, meaning, and being as objective as possible. The end result should be a compassionate theory without contradiction or prejudice. INDIVIDUALITY & INDEPENDENT THOUGHT We can all think of an instance in history where independent thought has done for someone. Also, where the lack of it has lead to many more people meeting an untimely end. Making up your own mind is rarely a bad thing, and let's face it, there are plenty of things in the world that need challenging. One thing the Aquarian spirit is good at, is standing up from out of the crowd. IP: Logged |

Loyal to Friends/Family Loopy Motivating Love to Travel Open to all kinds of people/beliefs Forgiving Great Bone Structure Usually Well Proportioned/Muscular Most Likely to Have Women start threads on LindaLand about them (OK...so they're tied w/ Cancer men) And one thing that Linda said in her book is very true of Aquas...if you're "the one" (the first one they really fall in love with/connect with, no one else will ever quite fill your shoes for them) 8th

My favorite relative is my Aquarius sun aunt. She was my staunch supporter at a very difficult time in my life (I had just flunked out of my freshman year in college due to a traumatic event, and I was sent to the foreign country where she lives to continue college there, since my parents thought it would be a healthier atmosphere). I spent every weekend with her for nearly three years and felt, for the first time in my life, that she regarded me as a person in my own right and as an adult with a right to my own opinions. We talked about everything under the sun, and she never judged me. She was generous with her home, her food, and her time. If there was anything I did that she did not like, she'd tell me, straight up. I appreciated that. She is the one in the family who never got remarried after her initial and early divorce, so she has more available funds than the rest of her siblings, who are inevitably strapped for cash. She constantly gives them money so they and their children (her nephews/nieces) can enjoy certain luxuries. Generous to a fault. I cannot imagine a more humanistic person. It makes her occasional cutting remarks totally forgivable. IP: Logged |

I'm an Aquarius. My mom has an Aquarius moon/mercury and the other night when I brought a boy over she said to him, "You could be a model! You have a very nice body. Just hide your face!" and said "You know Ashton Kutcher? He's a much prettier looking version of you."Loved it. IP: Logged |

I love my Aquarius friend because he makes absolutely no demands of me. He's often round our house just sleeping. Dozes off. I forget he's there. Easy.IP: Logged |

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh this is my favorite sign on them all - the one that I'm soooooooooooo deeply in love with - anything Aquarian. (Should I break out the condoms and find a room somewhere?) I have an 11th house Sun opposite Uranus, Aquarian MC and North Node in Aqua. I even have an Aquarian boyfriend I quite enjoy their nonconforming ways of life and their strong sense of individuality and their love of freedom. They are the folks who keep the world and society from being a cookie cutter/carbon copy versions of each other! They are the fresh breath of change that folks need - they inspire us to live life as ourselves and be who we are - maybe that's the Aries in me coming out... I have a few close friends who are Aquarians and I've had them for a while - loyal and objective friends and I have a lot of fun with them. ID IP: Logged |

Aquarius is the sun sign of the most of my closest friends. THey are all remarkable individuals, out of whom some are extremely artistically gifted. They have much compassion for other people (sometimes too much if you ask me). They animate me, make me more inspired, bring out the fun side in me. My whole 11th house is in Aquarius which probably explains itTHey give wind to my sails IP: Logged |

One of the most agreeable signs, some of the aquas that I do know can practically get along with anyone and any sign. They always make me smile even when i'm grouchy. Who can forget Will Wright, this aqua created Maxis and the Sims series. Its funny how most air signs like his games, I'm still waiting for his newest game spore to come out. IP: Logged |

Aquas provide me with the longest and most interesting conversations - that after an entire day of talking and laughing, I can't really summarize what was said because it was such an experience.I love talking to Aquas. They have lovely open minds, and a fearlessness about going to the unknown. Just my type of people. 8th - One of my Aqua friends, the one I describing above, calls me loopy. So I wonder how loopy I must be for a loopy person to find me loopy... IP: Logged |

Btw, I believe Aqua is a sign of the zodiac that has the best of other signs. (Sometimes.)------------------ Sun - Aquarius, Ascendant+Moon - Leo, Venus - Pisces, Mars+Jupiter+Saturn-Virgo, ~Slavic pagan (I think), Empath, Telepath (I think!), HSP =) IP: Logged |

I'm an Aquarius, my Mom is an Aquarius, and my sister is an Aquarius Rising. The thing I like best about Aquarians (not to toot my own horn lol!) is how goofy they are! Most aquarians I've met have been so silly and so funny! We are just a bunch of weirdos. IP: Logged |

Oooo... Aquas are so much fun! Every single Aqua I've known has had a loopy sense of humor, but it works for them. They are charming, sweet, and easy to get along with on the surface, as long as you aren't scared away by some of their more quirky aspects. I tend to actually like their quirkiness. It's random and interesting. ------------------ Virgo Sun/Aries Moon/Scorpio Rising IP: Logged |

I Aquarians!! Long ago, I had a couple of Aqua boyfriends….. Oddly enough both of them were named Dave. Dave The First was about 10 years older than I – he had black hair down to his waist and drove a refurbished mail-truck, which I thought was fabulously quirky I loved it that he lived alone in his own house (no annoying roomates!!). Even better, he had played guitar with a very famous rock band before they got famous. In a mind-boggling astro twist, he (the Aqua) wanted to settle down with me (the Libran) but I wasn’t ready for a one-on-one Forever Love Match, so we went our separate ways….. wish I had his birthdate so I could look at synastry, that was before I got into astrology. Dave The Second was a happy-go-lucky party-animal and woodworker who never thought about tomorrow, which after awhile, became inconvenient shall we say, as I was working full-time by then. His Venus was on my Vertex, and his Uranus conjunct my Eros/Juno conjunction – he had Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus and Chiron in Aqua. My third favorite Aquaman is the boss I’ve had for 13 years now. Technically he’s in sales, but he’s a Mechanical Engineer by trade. Politically conservative, frighteningly intelligent and well-read, and infuriatingly down-to-earth, except for those times when he plops down in my office and sighs, “Zala, I want to take Kirby (his golden retriever) out on the sailboat and pretend there are no other humans on Earth.” His pride and joy is the Cessna he got a few years ago, which his wife not-so-fondly dubbed “The Mistress” since he’s always out at the airfield messing around with her Dave The Second and BossMan were born a year apart, but have the same Aqua planetary lineup, except BossMan has Venus in Pisces….. I pal around with an Aqua gal at work – we gravitated to each other because we love to use words like alacrity, defenestrate, paucity and petulant in sentences and pig out on Chinese food at lunchtime I love these Uranian spirits IP: Logged |

That's so weird. I have a friend called Dave Kirby. He's a guitarist in a band in the UK Aquas are great because they allow a person a sense of freedom. That's why I love them so much. I can be me, they can be them, and we can exist in a bubble of non-judgmental vibes. IP: Logged |

yea totally.. Aquarius's are awesome. Paris Hilton is an aquarius. 'nough said. heh. im kidding.. I suppose they are alright. I cant say Im big fans of them. My best friend was an Aqua he just got out of prison in last december and I got ahold of him in feb. hes finally got his life on track at 21. we understand eachother very well. the only other aqua I sort of know is my coworker. shes got the body of a beautiful girl but she acts like a man and at times its annoying. .I know shes a good girl.. I can say this because weve also talked about some personal stuff. even though shes 4 years older then me. I still think shes kinda immature and has to learn some things. I felt an attraction when I first saw her because my Mars conjuncts her Venus-Mars Conjunction .. I think she feels it to.. but at first she acted more standoffish and we butted heads.. but we have started to develop a friendship. I dont necessarily agree with there detachment and there unemotional persona. I havent exactly seen the humanitarian in them.. They are good as a friend.. but I thinks thats the only way I could see an Aquarian.. nothing more.

Most of my best friends started out as people I butted heads with. I think I like to challenge people, see if they are willing to disagree in peace, if that makes any sense... And as far as starting out a relationship, I definately am standoffish and hard to get close to until I decide the person is worth my trust...Aqua sun/merc/mars in 11th... Nuff said... Thanks for the love, blue moon!! IP: Logged |
