Hi everyone, this is my very first post! I have been reading the boards for a couple of weeks now and have finally registered. I have the pleasure of having an Aquarian Sun and a Taurus Ascendant, with Saturn in Taurus to add just a bit more oomph!!! I have a lot of Sagittarius in my chart which tones down the intensity (Sag in Mars, Jupiter and Neptune, all in the 7th house). Though the double fixed Aqua/Bull certainly rules the roost, the most stubborn person I know is myself!! Any others out there with a double fixed mix, and their experiences? Any comments on my mix are also welcome.

Catnap, since you have so many mutable signs in your chart as well, it should help you to keep a bit of an open mind while being somewhat flexible.

My dude has his Sun in Leo, Moon in Aquarius, and Rising sign in Taurus conjuncting his Saturn). He can be totally stubborn, but fun. He has a few mutable planets so that helps. But when he makes up his mind....forget it. LOL

I don't have the good fortune of having that particular combo (although I do have a fixed Moon, Asc, Mars, & Venus), but my husband has a fixed Sun, Moon, Asc, Venus, and Saturn.

Yeah, we can both be pretty stubborn people...

One of my best friends is an Aquarius with and Aquarius ascendant, moon and venus in Aquarius as well.
I suppose a lot depends on the aspects.....am a bit rusty on all of this!

Hi, Catnap...Well, lets see, I have a fixed sun, moon, venus, merc, mars, and neptune. I'll admit I'm damn stubborn, but only when it really matters to me. I've learned to pick my battles carefully, and ask myself "Is this the hill I wanna die on?". In most cases, the answer is "NO, not really." "Ok, then", I tell myself, "let it go". It gets easier as you get older I think. I have Sagittarius rising, but it use to just make me more expressive about my stubborness, and more "up on the soap-box", but now, I think it actually helps to humble me. Now, I save my energy for the fun stuff!!

I can be pretty stubborn at times, I just call it something else, determined all though perhaps the people I live with would prefer to call it a pain in the a you know where

Nice to meet you! One of very good friends is an Aqua Sun/Aqua Moon/Taurus Rising. There's a certain endearing stubborn quality to him. (he might even be perusing this board heehee)

I have a fixed sun and moon (Aqua/Leo), as well as as some other planets.

Interesting topic. I am Aqua Sun/Leo Asc/Cancer Moon.

Its not that I am stubborn, its just that when I come to a decision or a conclusion about something, I always know I'm right!
Seriously, I never can admit to being wrong. My logic says this: Ok I spent so long thinking about this issue or subject or whatever, that now I've made my mind up what I think, its absolutely right.

And this is a weird side to my character, because I am very open minded, I will listen to all viewpoints, and consider all angles, until I've made up my own mind.
