My moon is Libra 14*. My moon has absolutely NOTHING in common with Virgo moon. I don't have any experience with Scorpio mooners in synastry so I can't tell you about them. But when they say signs right next door to each have nothing in common, they were not lying.

What is your experience with next door moon signs?

Hmm, I'm an Aries moon, but I don't recall any experience with Pisces moons. Mine's in the 12th house, so I might be able to relate, but I have no idea.
Taurus moons are pretty okay for me though - they tend to calm me down. I like how secure they are/seem (hmm, maybe my Taurus Mars and ascendant likes it? Dunno)
They move too slowly though, and sometimes I want to kick them lol.

As for sun signs, it's a completely different story! I get along great with my Leo and Libra neighbors, though Libra females tend to sometimes grate on my nerves.

Sag moon.

The only person that I know has Cap moon was my best friend for a long time. She's awesome, but then again we share the same sun, venus, and mars.. im sure I get along w/ Cap moons because i am a Cap sun.

I like Scorp moons..especially the guys. HOTNESS. BUT, then again, my ASC and Venus are Scorp so naturally there is an attraction..

Mine actually does, but I can explain .

Sag Moon here, but on the 29th degree, almost in Cappy. I identify strongly with a Cap Moon from the book descriptions, I feel like that on the inside (I have a strong passion for gloom and pessimism, I can't resist it ). But, for example, my father's Moon is at 0 deg Capricorn and we're nothing alike emotionally even though our Moons are conjunct by 1 degree. He's on the bitter side, I'm definitely lighter than he is, I also keep a grudge but I don't take revenge nor punish people for things that happened 10 years ago.

Scorpio Moons I stay away from . I can understand their psychology because at 29 Sag my Moon is in the dwad of Scorpio hehe. I'm a mix of all 3 Moon signs, which I think it's a good thing. I can take the positive out of all of them and balance things out.

Romantically I haven't experienced this dynamic and I'd like to keep it that way . Scorpio Moons and Cap Moons are prolly the toughest to deal with. Both signs have a predisposition for secrecy, revenge and they test you over and over again just to figure out if you're worthy of their trust. No offence to anyone, it's just my personal choice to stay on the lighter side, at least in my love life. I personally have dated ONLY mutable Moon signs. God knows why.

I'm a Scorpio moon.

My partner's dad is a Libra moon and I find his energy to be friendly and soothing. I don't think I know any Sag moons personally, but my celeb crush Nuno Bettencourt is a Sag moon. I think probably Libra moons calm me down and Sag moons might uplift me (I'm a Sag rising though so of course there's already an affinity there) - both of which are a good thing to me as I can get very intense emotions.

Oh, I don't bake hell cookies anymore! I was refering to the hell-like experience of having a bad Pluto transit, but it's over now. The cookies were over-cooked anyways .

I've got an Aries Moon and I actually get along fairly well with the Taurus Moons I've known. They are more grounded emotionally, making them more rational, but they still have an appreciation for the finer/more fun things in life. Keep in mind though, that I have a Virgo Sun, Venus, and Mercury, so that might bias me a bit.

As for Pisces Moons... I don't think I've known anyone with a Pisces Moon, at least, not well, so I can't really say with them.

I've got a Cappie moon and I do get along very well with Sag moons and Aqua moons. One of my best friends has an Aqua moon and an Aries Sun. She's incredibly sweet, intelligent and ambitious. I've never gotten into an argument with her.

Every Scorpio I've ever known has had a Sag moon. I adore Sag moons much more than Sag suns for some reason. They're so optimistic and they have this twinkle in their eye. They always know how to make me laugh.

Libra Moon here.

I'm a Scorpio Sun, Merc, Venus, and Jupiter. Scorpio Moon women usually get along great with me. Generally if things get nasty, it is after what appeared to be a great connection fell apart. It's never neutral.

Virgo Moon women are horrible with me. If the Moon is emotion, it has been my experience that these women are way too critical for my love.

Leo moons, I rarely ever get along with I can't find any common ground with these ppl. Everything about them is just *loud* and/or dramatic. I don't exactly mean that literally, its difficult to explain it but it grates on my nerves. Funny now that I think of it, my late grandmother was a leo moon....never knew her though. *shrugs*

Libra moon is the easier to get along with of the two, their temperament is easier to deal with than the former..LOL. They aren't without fault though; like sometimes I find that they're caught up in appearances. Plus, I feel like they don't understand my need to be alone sometimes...they're almost offended by it. =__=

i got an aries moon. i don't know anyone who's taurus, the one pisces i know is my ex-boyfriend who i don't have much respect left for after we broke up. don't know anyone who got their moons in either houses.

So it seems that the most common theme here amongst the replies is people are finding more in common with the sign in front of their moon and not so much to nothing in common with the moon before theirs.

What do you guys think of this?
