I wonder what this means? My Uranus opposes other's midpoint ( within 1 degree) what does that mean?

Also..this person's natal uranus is in 7th house in natal chart.

My guess is that it's bad for marriage. Either that or the Uranian vibes are exactly wahts called for in marriage to this other person...or at least in relationships.
