In the synastry chart, where it gives you the Asc and MC of the couple, what does this mean? Does the Asc mean how the other people will "see" you as a couple, and what does the MC mean in terms of how others see you? And what would the Dsc describe? I did a synastry of my me and my boyfriend and it has Asc Virgo and MC Cap. What does this mean?

The synasty chart deals with what each partner brings to the relationship, not the relationship itself. The composite chart does that. In my experience the MC doesn't have much to do with a synasty chart, as far as the Ascendant, take a look at the synasty format thread.Lanny IP: Logged |

Oops, I meant composite chart has MC Virgo! I'm so used to looking at the synastry that I guess the word was stuck in my head. Any info on MC Virgo in Composite? Thanks IP: Logged |

Hi moonstar I've gotten deeply interested in Composite Charts a lot lately, and I'm trying to figure out how the whole darn thing works myself. The MC is how we appear to the public at large. So in Composite it deals with a couple and their public persona. MC Virgo in Composite might would indicate that the couple as a UNIT has Virgo-like qualities. Such as being a quietly serious and devoted couple and/or other Virgoean-type qualities.
