Just glancing at your synastry, Cappy Girl’s Moon is conj your Ascendent, so that could be one reason you got together in the first place. Also she’s an Earth sign and your Venus likes Earth signs. But I don’t see a need to look further in your synastry, for by your own words “The person I am with just doesn't want to communicate and we fight alot.” Communication is *essential* to Air signs like us.
Your Venus is conjunct Leo Girl’s Venus – a nice aspect. Your Moon is conjunct her Pluto, which is probably part of the attraction. I say, perhaps it would be best to end the relationship and fights with your girlfriend, and seek a friendship with Leo Girl and see where it takes you. And remember:

To me, in the realities of the astrological counselling room, there are
