Gosh

Honestly, I didn't see that coming. You can give me your email address if you wish.

By the way. You sound incredibly familiar but I don't happen to know anyone born in 1979 between the 17 to the 19th of March, who also lives in the Bay Area and in Shenzhen, China. So, I don't think we know each other so this familiar vibe I am getting doesn't make sense because it feels like I have spoken to you, met you briefly or something. I can speculate about someone who might be from your age group OR someone who has homes in these two areas - but there is no one who is/has both of these things in my reality.

Also note: I am highly skeptical of this entire thing. Just so you know.

Take Care

Unmoved.

Unmoved,

Wow, you are... a fascination.

I loved the way you said what you said about Cancer in this thread.

It wasn't exactly the information that you gave, but, really, the way you expressed those thoughts. Extremely clear and organized, and I only had to read it once to understand everything thoroughly.

Thank you Yaosers for the kind words. I was merely writing the way I usually write - which is also similar to the way I speak

quote:
What is your profession? Does that have to do with it? And are Virgo women supposed to be somewhat like you?

My profession is not a typical profession. I am a musician -a singer/songwriter and guitarist. Many years ago, i wrote for a certain website but we were satirical writers who specialized in being the opposite of being politically correct. I also write my own blogs into my sires and I am in the middle of two books right now. As far as Virgo women are concerned, I wouldn't say that I am a typical Virgo because I act more like a Scorpio than anything else.

quote:
I've met two other Virgo women in the recent years. One's a nurse, and I believe that if I were physically closer to her more often, we'd be together, because we get along just fine when we actually talk (like a couple of times a year, unfortunately). And unfortunately, I don't know her well enough to know if she's got the same fascination that you exude.

Thank you. That is a lovely thing to hear about oneself, to be called fascinating

quote:
The other Virgo woman I've known for a while was my ex-gf's roommate. Astrology as a reference simply failed with her, I think. Aren't Virgo people supposed to be sorta freaks in terms of hygiene and overall tidiness? Well, her towels smelled like days-old sweat, her dishes were sometimes left unwashed over a couple of nights (and not because she was that busy), and she used to leave bloody things in plain sight in the bathroom waste basket.

Well, I do not have OCD (obsessive compulsice disorer. LOL. I am not a neat freak but I like to keep things hygienic and in order. And... when you say "bloody things" do you mean that literally because if so... eeeeewwwww!

quote:
But then of course, I've never gotten to know another Virgo woman that personally before. Compared to her, my Scorpio ex-gf was the clean-freak. :P

I'm sorry to have brought up those disgusting things. Maybe I just don't know about the Virgo Sun sign well enough, but she was one strong reason for me that Astrology is just a usually-pretty-reliable reference.

I was a vegetarian for two years in my life. it was mostly for religious reasons (I'm Buddhist), but also a little bit for health. Mostly, I just wanted to be able to say that I have done it. But that was in high school; once I couldn't eat my mom cooking any longer (I moved out for college), I just stopped.

What are your own reasons for being vegetarian?

I am a vegetarian because I don't liek the taste of meat. Then once when I learned that a person does not need to eat meat, I became a vegetarian. I find meat repulsive. People can eat meat around me but I can't be in a kitchen where someone is frying up a steak. That smell makes me gag. Then later on I found out that it is also beneficial to those who wish to wake the sleeping serpent within. Therefore unconsciously, I stopped eating meat for one reason which then benefited me for other reasons

excuse the errors, but I am not editing this either. LOL

yaosers - I would ask for you to tell me more about yourself, like tastes in men...

Unmoved: Hee... My tastes in men vary.

yaosers: ...tastes in food and wine...[?]

Unmoved: I like Indian and Asian cuisine. Wine... dry white wine, if I happen to drink.

yaosers: ...what kinds of books you like to read, what kinds of subjects fascinate you, your state of mind and styles and thoughts in bed, etc., etc., but I refrain because I'm not sure you'd be comfortable with sharing those kinds of details about yourself in a forum.

Unmoved: You're right. These are too intimate for a forum because they require to be part of a discussion because my interest vary... and they are complex.

yaosers: Rather than being like a bug under dissection, to me you're more like a painting, or statue, or some other work of art, that I just feel compelled to want to know everything about, including history, reasons for creation, artist's state of mind at the time, etc.

Unmoved: Thank you...

yaosers: So, how might I get to know you better?

Unmoved: you can give me your email as stated above.

Unmoved,

Wow! I was waiting and waiting for you to become less groggy so you could reply more. I kept checking the number of replies to the thread and it never incremented beyond 1, so I thought you never did update.

Sorry, I never thought to actually open the thread to see if you've just edited the latest reply. I saw your message in another thread about Cancer, and that was when I thought to actually open the thread.

How do I give you my e-mail address? I use Gmail, and my username is ywtien. Is that enough? Telling it like that should have it fall through most automatic e-mail address detector things, right? :P

Thank you so much for giving me such detailed replies. Why do I get the feeling that you're not really like a Virgo? Granted, I don't know enough Virgo women (or, rather, don't know well enough the ones I do know) to make such a remark, but I feel like you're more Scorpio-like? I know you said this yourself, but that was my feeling before you created this thread. I think that Scorpio girls have a way of using "I" a lot, talking about themselves, without being obnoxiously self-centered. I wonder if you have a sting, too? :P

I thought it'd only be fair to reply to the same questions I asked, so that you can get to know me the same way. But gimme some time, k?

You said that I sound familiar to you. I saw your picture that someone had linked to me in that other thread, and I definitely don't recognize you. LOL. I am in the Bay Area and Shenzhen only in the sense that though my work is based in Shenzhen (I'm actually a Taiwanese who got sent to Shenzhen to do his job), I travel a lot to San Jose for business trips and can spend nearly half of the entire year over here.

Oh, and what are you highly skeptical about?

Hmm... and for some reason I read like an airhead in this message. And I don't think it's cuz of the jetlag...

yaosers - I sent you the email so I am just wondering if it got to you or what.

I am not a typical Virgo. I would say that I am more Scorpio and Cancer with a little bit of Libra and Aries in there too. My Virgo qualities are small and weak and they seldom show up unless called for.
