I met this Taurus man online after he contacted me first. He was very interested in me, so we met and it was instant SPARKS. We had two dates in two days and a week later, when he came back in from working out of state, we had three dates in three days! We see each other as often as we can.

We haven't been fully intimate yet, but we both want to very much. I understand that Taurus likes to go slow, even though I'm jumping up and down like an excited kid wanting more.
I'm trying to give him space and time because I know this is what Taurus needs from reading.

He sends me a lot of mixed signals. We both have agreed to not date anyone else right now, because we want to see what happens with us. But he doesn't TALK to me or tell me how he feels about anything, leaving me to guess and be confused.

Like I text him when he's out of town working and he often won't text me back or I call and he won't pick up. So I stop doing both and after a couple of days he contacts me to see why I'm not talking to him. He tells me he likes when I call and text, but he doesn't respond much so I just don't. I don't want to be the clingy woman.
He seems very happy when he sees me and the kissing...omg, is amazing. The touching. We can't take our hands off of each other. I can't stop running my hands through his hair and offering to rub his back because my hands just...CRAVE his skin.

I want to tell him how intensely I'm beginning to feel about him. But I'm scared if I do, he's going to run off or back away.

I asked him yesterday if it would put him off if I told him I really, really missed him when he was working out of town and he said, no it didn't bother him at all...but didn't say anything else in response!

He's never been married (he's 42) or had children. I've been married 3 times (I'm 45) and had kids (all grown but one).

He has his own home, Harleys, truck and is a very manly type man who hunts and fishes. A total turn on and absolutely gorgeous to me. Sensual, warm, self sufficient and a hard worker. I love how steady, shy and calm he is, how gentle, stable and paced. It's a wonderful contrast and just being in the same room as he is helps me mellow out. My brain races like crazy until I nestle up against him and I just feel...still. Calm.
I tend to surround myself with Earth signs because of this. So all of my friends tend to be Taurus, Caps and Virgos.

I'm just plain nuts for him. So...what do I do?! Do I risk telling him and having him run off? Should I just wait?

How can I communicate to him how I feel and find out of he's on the same page as me? Is it too soon to mention the L word? How can I tell if he feels the same or if he's even as much into me as I am into him? Do we even have a chance with our charts like this?

You have a water packed personal planets with romantic Libra Mars to finish things off; these coould make you very responsive to all that tlc that he projects(especially since both your Venus and Mecury are in Cancer).

I get your nervousnes with the sun-sign "incompatibility" but you have to look at more than just those placements.

Yes, the Taurus sun is a very practical, steady and passionate sun sign; which means he'll probably do things in is own pace and won't like to be rushed.

But you also have mercury(the ruling planet of gemini) sitting in cautious cancer.

So yes, the Gemini moves through life living in their head (and at a super fast rate) but with moon trining your ruling planet and venus forming a conjunction there too, you are not emotionaly obtuse. Atleast, not like the typical descriptions you find.

He has his ruling planet in the same sign as his sun; making a conjunction to mercury and a wide conjunction with Saturn. He is easy-going , but also knows when to be firm.
