So I have been totally blown away by these quotes from Linda's book:

Venus-Pluto Cojunction: "There's an indisputable karmic tie between you and its a powerful one, to be sure....Even when occasional disagreements occur between you, whether initiated by yourself or by outsiders, it's next to impossible to separate the both of you permanently...one way or another, you'll be magnetized back together, whatever the nature of the relationship...anyone who tries to come between you will not succeed. No way. Even if attempts to sever the silver-blue cord between you appear to succeed temporarily, wait. You'll be back together as surely as the darkness of night is eternally banished by sunrise...."

Yes, I am indeed going through a tough time now. I have apparently lost my Twin Self/Soul Mate and I feel a huge void within.

In this case, I am the Venus person (female) in this case. I have read that the Pluto person 'controls' the relationship in this case and holds the upper hand. It all seems to make sense because I seemed more afraid of losing him.

Has anyone had an experience like this before? What was the outcome? It just seems so heart-wrenching reading all these tales of that one big connection that just can't be reunited for one reason or another.

Namaste and welcome to LindaLand.

One silly question: does this conjunction happens in Synasty Chart of Composite Chart?

I have a Venus-Pluto double whammy in Scorpio with a guy and while he really likes me, I am not in the slightest interested in him beyond friendship. But then again, I am in love with someone else

I had this aspect with someone exactly. He was Venus I was Pluto. I broke it off. You really must take into account all the other chart factors. This one aspect alone wont pull it all through.

I had exact conjunction with my ex husband,I was Venus and I end the relationship. But like 26taurus said before you must take all other aspects in the account. In my case we had lots of squares and Saturn opposition, was very restrictive relationship especialy from my point of view.

My husband, Bear the Leo, and I have this very same conjunction. His Venus (Virgo in the 1st house) conjuncts my Pluto in Virgo (also in my 1st house)within 2 degrees. He also has Pluto conjunct Venus in his natal chart but loosely.

My Venus (Sag) trines his Pluto (Libra).

It's amazing and I don't see myself as controlling the relationship in any way. We have too many other aspects that makes us both rely on each other and make us independant.

I think it adds a wonderful connection when combined with other soft aspects. For example, Bear and I have many cinderella aspects- so we can empathize with the other person (His Leo Sun / Mercury trines my Sun / Moon and Venus and Chiron) I do have to be careful that my "stand offish" Pluto doesn't step on his Venus. In the same respect, my Sun and Venus in Sag have to be careful of stepping on his beautiful Pisces moon.

I think the real tension is felt more with the Pluto Opposed Venus or Pluto Square Venus (or Moon).

Is your Venus Libra or Virgo? There's a whole couple generations of guys with Pluto in Libra or Virgo. If you give it a one in 30 (degrees) chance that his Libra Pluto will hit on the exact same degree of your Libra Venus, that makes one in 30 guys who will have Pluto conjunct your Venus. Now, that isn't even close to exact or scientific (mathematically or astrologically), but it gives you the concept.

I have Venus in Libra so the seductive energy in me will instantly recognize the whole deep, penetrating, transformative power in the guys who are conjunct, we will be drawn together and then he will try to dominate me. I'll say, "be fair" and he'll try to dominate me. I'll say, "ok fine, here, you can dominate a little if it will make you feel better and we can get on with it." Then he'll get pouty and try to think of new ways to dominate me that I'll actually put up a fight about. I'll be sad for while and then I'll get bored and impatient and laugh at him,
and then he'll try to destroy me.

It's a rather boring curse overall. None of them have experienced the curse enough times to actually figure a way out of it, or even know what's going on, and I haven't figured out how to be perfect enough yet to escape my own personal Ground Hog Day.

That's a movie reference. It's a good movie.

So, welcome to the club.

And on a happier note Welcome to LindaLand

And I'm just kidding about the "curse" thing...
mostly.

MysticMelody~ that's a great description of the venus-pluto aspect! I had the square and was venus and that is pretty darn close to how it played out!

Yeah I notice that the guys that I have dated either have Pluto in Libra or Virgo..The Pluto in Virgo is kind of boring but the Pluto in Libra is lively and popping, partly bc I have Venus in Aqua..The guys that have Pluto in Libra I am sooooooo attracted to, and gosh don't let them be an air sign my moon in Aqua really gets it going...

More, CapGirl...

I sit and watch the rain,
And see my tears run down the windowpane...

I sit and watch the sky.
And I can hear it breathe a sign...

I think of him,

How we were...

And when I think of him,
Then I remember...

Remember...

In his eyes I can see
Where my heart longs to be!

In his eyes I see a gentle glow,
And that's where I'll be safe, I know!

Safe in his arms, close to his heart...

But I don't know quite where to start...

By looking in his eyes,
Will I see beyond tomorrow?

By looking in his eyes,
Will I see beyond the sorrow
That I feel?

Will his eyes reveal to me
Promises or lies?

But he can't conceal from me
The love in his eyes!

I know their every look,
His eyes!

They're like an open book,
His eyes!

But most of all the look
That hypnotized me!

If I'm wise,
I will walk away,
And gladly...

But, sadly,
I'm not wise,
It's hard to talk away
The mem'ries that you prize!

Love is worth forgiving for!

Now I realize -

Everything worth living for
Is there, in his eyes!

Love is worth forgiving for!
Now I realize -

Now I realize -

Everything worth living for
Is there, in his eyes!

"Ms. Martin abjures the most lurid temptations her scheme might have suggested to her. Mary Reilly's contacts with her master and his other self are few; her life is filled not with drama but with work - cleaning grates, hauling coal, beating carpets and draperies, helping the cook. Every slight advance in intimacy she makes with Dr. Jekyll, every brief glimpse she has of the wrongness at the household's heart, she hoards up to wring its meaning out. The narrowness of her view of Jekyll and his danger is overcome by the intensity of her vision. Her troubled master answers her straightforward human concern for him with distracted gestures of casual kindness. But they are enough for Mary; her concern transmutes to a love willing to risk anything, yet still not strong enough to save him."

I know your life is empty
And you hate to face this world alone
So you're searching for an angel
Someone who can make you whole
I cannot save you; I can't even save myself.
So just save yourself (save yourself)

I know that you've been damaged
your soul has suffered such abuse
but I am not your savior
I am just as ****** as you
(I am just as ****** as you)

I can not save you; I can't even save myself.
So just save yourself.

Please don't take pity on me.
Please don't take pity on me.
Please don't take pity on me.
Please don't take pity on me.
Please don't take pity on me.

my life has been a nightmare.
my soul is fractured to the bone
so if I must be lonely
I think I'd rather be alone...
(I think I'd rather be alone)

you cannot save me
you can't even save yourself.
I cannot save you...I can't even save myself.
Save yourself
So just save yourself

Thank you all who have responded to my posting. As a Lifepath 3 Sun natal trine Moon Cap, I do possess a lot of inner strength and reserve to get through **** like this. Another Love lost...oh well, but a better one to come, I am sure. Not worth my time and energy anymore. I have shed tears along the way and moved on...

Mercury Retrograde in motion now - I hope all you guys find inner wisdom and inspiration through the next 2 weeks as well. I am born with Natal MR so i tend to be too introspective, self-reflective etc... i think its working to my advantage this time round.

Thanks once again to ALL

AstroLady, a positive attitude is everything. My 2 insane ex's were not positive. And they had their own Pluto/Moon issues. I just don't think it's worth your time hurting about it because you wonder about that definition of Linda's. I had that one with the worst ex and stayed far too long because I thought it was "the" soul mate thing. I write in my astro books, and that aspect is well known to me.

my maternal uncle's Venus is exactly conjunct my Pluto!

I am not close to him at all. I don't feel any soul connection.

I lived with him briefly after I got out of the navy the first time.

He talked me into going into the navy when I was 19 even though he did only 3 of his 4 years.

I didn't have some strong hold on him either nor influenced him in some way.

As uncle and nephew,we share genetics.

he also had history of special education for speech problems like me.

I haven't talked to him since 2003.

Maybe we will magnetized back to each other.

after all, he and I are relatives.

I dont agree that venus conjunct pluto is indicative of soulmates. I had this aspect in a close conjunction in synastry with a person I was sexually attracted to but it didnt feel fated like it does with someone whos pluto is opposite my venus. In fact I had quite a few karmic aspects with the person whos venus conjuncted my pluto more than the one whos pluto opposed my venus but yet there seems to be something deeper going on with the second person than the first one. Im having trouble finding aspects in our synastry chart that explains this deep connection though.

Taurus80,

have you already looked at the Draconics Charts and compared?Look at some of the threads about it in the astrology forum - they usually show deep conections between 2 persons, based in past lifes

Nope I havent looked at the draconic charts, I dont know where to find a site that does them. I have noticed a grand water trine in the composite chart that also appears in both of our natal charts. Would this be significant?
