I have Cancer rising, (with Jupiter and Chiron in Cancer as well) and for some reason I seem to always be physically attracted to Cancer men. Not all of them, but a good amount of them I find to have this... cute lovable appearance. I know that rising sign is usually not associated with what we look for in others, but could this be due perhaps to it being opposite my DSC? Thanks in advance for your reply.

I am Cancer rising as well. I once had a crush on a Cancer man. It felt warm and affectionate on my part.. But my moon was also Trine his Sun as well. I read that Sun Conjunct ASC is a very nice attraction. I'm not an expert so that's all I have lol. So it probably comes more down to familiarity as well as giving each other energy?

My longest relationship had his Sun in my 7th House, so it can go either way I think! My Sun is also in my 7th House.

It can happen! Sun on Asc or in the 1st house is very nice, gives a feeling of similarity of vibes and you know like attracts like!

I'm Cap rising and have been attracted to Capricorns (1-2) but we don't work out because my Asc is afflicted and I end up squaring their Sun too much.

Hmmmmmmm.... I don't know enough about charts and aspects.
I had serious relationships with two Libras (my rising). Attraction was definitely there! I thought their face was very beautiful, and smile, etc. Overall pretty good connection but we clash, power struggles. I don't have to be in charge, just respected, and they wouldn't. LOL

Physically speaking, for some reason I'm MOST attracted to Taurus. I've never really even gotten close with a Taurus so I have no idea about anything other than what I see - which I normally like!

My Taurus is 8th house and Jupiter and Ketu are there. *shrug*

There may be an easier way to read and understand complicated Synastry pie chart aspects. Pie chart aspects can also be produced onto a basic Synastry Aspect Chart, a color coded chart. Review the sample chart at your leisure. It may help you gain even more insight than you currently have.

i think a postively aspected ASC will help to see who you are attracted to.
i have a negatively aspected ASC as it opposites my sun in aries (libra rising). i dont have a thing for libra people physically. there is only one libra girl i really liked physically.
