It's hard to tell what kind of "looks" or "personality" would attract him; I'd say an astrological chart would be way more telling (say, if the woman has Sagittarius/9th house and/or Aries/1st house energy - it'd be a plus because it "mirrors" his Venus energies (not counting the aspects, which are very important).

Then there's also the 5th and 7th houses (and for a "deeper" attraction, 8th house).

Buuut, overall, Venus in Aries (especially in a fire house - the 9th house is Sagittarius' house) would probably find a rather outspoken, bold, confident woman attractive. A woman who knows who she is and isn't afraid of confrontation or taking the initiative.

Again, the Moon is crucial here, because it may tell a different story.

An 8th house Pisces Moon in a man might suggest an attraction to "forbidden" and unattainable things, like a woman who's already in a relationship or who is in love with someone else; or a woman who is somehow emotionally "disturbed", she might have problems with her moods (depression and other mental disorders) or addiction, or she might be an eternal "victim" always attracted to the bad types.
