Okay what seems here is you're very adept at your work. There was definitely someone who is more of a guide to you and that person has taken your stand. You've made your position through the work you've done and it wasn't a favour on you. However there was someone who dragged you out of this position.

I got in trouble for supposedly "sleeping" on the job when that wasn't the case at all and my shift manager said they were very very close to firing me but didn't. I asked her why and she said her and my GM simply didn't want to. That doesn't make sense to me so I was wondering what the cards would say in terms of it. In my horary question I actually asked if my GM stuck up for me since he's more gentle while my shift manager is nitpick even though we all get along.
