My 5th House is also loaded. Strangely, I have no children. Maybe I will start a charity one day that helps abused and/or orphaned children.

I only have Jupiter in my 5th house. I heard this can indicate talent esp in water signs. I have Pisces on my 5th house cusp...

i've always been an exceptional singer/dancer :-)

The fifth house has to do with our self-expression, the way we show the world who we are...and why we are so important! Leo is also the energy of self-expression. With the 5th house so strongly emphasized AND with Leo strongly emphasized, there may be a tendency to want to "perform" some way. Perhaps taking up musical or stage performance, or a hobby in which you compete or otherwise get recognition would be something you would like to do.

I have my Mars in Aquarius in the 5th House. Depending how wide of an orb you use for conjunctions, I have it conjunct my North Node, also in Aquarius.
