Topic: Need reading! suddenly homeless! emergency!

Need to vacate asap where i am staying with my two cats! Overspent into my savings and have very little cash. not enough to even fill my car with gas! My landlord let me stay longer than i asked for in the beginning and needs the place NOW! for someone else! i have a storage unit and a vehicle! two wonderful devoted cats. I could sleep in my car awhile I guess but what about them? I am shocked to be in this position and landlord/friend is antsy to get the new tenant in. How's it look for this old girl?
My kids are here in this area but none have room for me.(they live in tiny places really) There is an open invitation for me in two other states but I would have to leave my kids and grandkids again during the holidays plus no gas or cash anyway. I will get a small check the 1st of December-what a crisis and i do have several health issues. How does it look? i am very off balance over this.IP: Logged |

out of state is either leo mom's with me being water sign daughter OR Aquarious mom with Capricorn and aquarius daughter who is my best friend-Plus no cash for the gas, no work, and yes, big family drains on me (although I mostly enjoy my down here family). i get a check around the 1st but that is a long way off. Supposed to get a smallish settlement check maybe this month maybe never-do you see anything about that?IP: Logged |

This isn't a reading but i thought i would give you a few links where you might be able to find helpContact your local salvation army. they might be able to help
here's a link for the salvation army it says kansas city at the top left hand side of the page, right next to that it says change where you can type in your city and zip code and find a place near you

yes, I am going there to moms even though i now can stay with a couple of my kids. She needs me up there and I really do not feel like it. I have been driving back and forth from there plenty over the past 6 years or so. I love you, too. This caring for her has broken up any continuity of life style for me. all other family members live within 45 miles of her and I live 1400 miles and I am always the one has to sacrifice everything and go.
This losing my place is also pushing me toward returning.
Even though, as you say, there may be rewards for the sacrifice, it is a lonely place for me to be and uncomfortable. My mom has a big old victorian house in which there is not even one comfortable place to sit or "spread out" to do projects. I know few people there any more either except family members who never make the choice of having to leave their immediate families and travel to sit on some hard chair day after day.
I am going and will be kind and caring but it is a real sacrifice. I am no longer young. I am a grandmother. Even if i am rewarded my time is short to enjoy any rewards AND I miss all the time I could be sharing down here.
When i am up there with my mom I get used to it.
So what this is actually about I guess is going to my mom's.
Dee, i have some beloved pets. Salvation Army and stuff does not take pets nor provide day shelter. thank you though.
So Lotusheart, you see good stuff if i just go? It's a long way. Lucky i have friends in the Ozarks to at least stay overnight with who keep a room for me to stay in. I could stay with them forever except I need to get to my mom's even if I do not feel like it.
Definately need some more encouragement to get this rolling in a positive fashion.IP: Logged |

tuxedo meowsometimes the salvation army or these other places will give you cash to pay your rent, so you can stay where you are with your pets.

My brother is the Aquarius. My mom stopped talking to him after my dad died. My son is a Gemini my nephew a Libra-so must be my brother. I am going there but with an attitude I need to shake off. My grandaughter was supposed to be going too awhile back but now is not.
Your insight is very good-keep it up!My landlord is giving me a little leeway as he is also my friend and a very hard worker-he is really sort of attached to me and my companionship is good for him. I would like not to be torn between here and there. My heart already aching for my kids and grandkids! the Aquarius brother can be very generous mostly but very caustic and "in charge"-
I'll be leaving around the 19th I think because I get a little tiny bit of profit then and will at least be able to buy some in car food for the road. Do you see when I get reunited with my texas bunch? They do drain but also give a lot of love and caring at this time (not always the case).lol! Also, do you see it as a very lonely time like I am seeing it?
good to hear about the rewards-i understand there will be some drama relating to it. dee, you are so right on about those agencies help-I do not have a standard lease or deal with my landlord. I stay in a place of his that really really needs restructuring and it is not your usual rental deal nor would he ever sign anything to go along with charity. It is substandardhousing he is going to let someone rent and remodel. the guy has given me 4 extra months already-I delayed working for him and that upset him as he has a large land payment to make- Lotus, i wish i was there to be soothed but need to step up and just plunge! The cash worries me as i cannot drive at night AND read the signs anymore due to a tumor in my right eye that reacts to the light from oncoming headlights and need to stop more frequently than i used to do. Used to make the trip in a 24 hour period! Now i take 4days and 3 nights! will i be sleeping out in my SUV? haha thanks IP: Logged |

Working on putting up my chart and transits. trying to follow the good instructions on this forum but keep getting interupted!
i am safe and warm but 1400 mile from my kids and grandkids! The trip was fast the cats ok. one is acting out a bit in his new environment.
