Hi.
In synastry, between a newly wed couple i know, these are the following venus aspects-

Venus sextile moon (1 degr orb)
Venus Conjunct mars ( 5degr orb)
Venus sextile saturn (5 degr orb)
Venus conjunct northnode (7 degr orb)
Venus sextile neptune (3 degr orb)
Venus conjunct Pluto (3 degr orb)

But the problem is, they have a quite a few really close squares and oppositions too.

Sun square sun ( 2 degr)
Mercury square mercury (1 degr)
Venus square venus (2 degr)
Mercury square mars (0 degr)
Mercury square pluto (0 degr)
mars square pluto (0 degr)
pluto square mars ( 6 degr)
jupiter square neptune (0 degr)
NN square NN (1 degr)

Sun opposition jupiter (4 degr)
Sun opposition Neptune ( 6 degr)
Moon opposition saturn (2 degr)
Moon opposition moon

Will these aspects hinder their dream of a happy married life , and create problems in commitment and day to day living?
Or are the venus aspects going to be helpful for the long run too ?

They don't have anything bad except for these three aspects: Mercury square mars, mars sq pluto, and moon opposition saturn. They must have a really nice composite. Can you post their birth data?

I just checked and they have terrible compatibility.....in the composite they have a nice little stellium consisting of moon-venus-mercury conjunction. This is similar to the love stellium which is the sun-venus-mercury conjunction, however i consider the moon in the stellium to be less powerful than when it is the sun, and also venus is pretty far from the moon though it is still in orb and does count. To make matters worse, uranus is squaring the stellium, blocking it's expression. To make matters eVEN worse venus is practically unaspected, making only one aspect and that being a square, and to make things even even worse, they have one of the most undesirable aspects in the composite, sun sq saturn.

I know that they have venus conjunct pluto and mars in synastry, but with such bad synastry and such a bad composite, I dont see how this could last. They not only have mercury sq mercury, pluto and mars in synastry which will obviously cause arguments and communication problems, but they also have mercury opp uranus in composite which means one of the people will really annoy the other person by saying things to constantly shock or upset them.

I can see why they came together...that moon-venus-mercury stellium and the venus conjunct mars and pluto is loving, plus sun sq saturn creates commitments out of a feeling of duty. But i really dont see how this will be a happy marriage. Yes gemini and virgo often have a strong attraction and a lot of chemistry, and their moons being opposed is really great, but i dont see how it could last, other than because of that sun sq saturn. But they wouldnt happy even if they choose to stay together

Yes, i totally agree....a very nice interpretation...
Ya it is those couple of aspects that did bring them together but longetivity does seem to be an issue.
Well, birth place is bangalore,india...(not sure if thats required now...

And what could North node square North node mean..?
Is that good or does it mean that they have very different directions in life?

Regarding what you said about the composite,
does sun opposition mercury-venus conjunction count as the love stellium (sun-mercury-venus)too?
And what when jupiter is squaring all three?

Yes that does count as the love stellium. Any of the three planets opposed each other is interpreted the same way as the conjunction. Jupiter squaring all three just means the relationship has a lot of energy and is a lot of fun! Both people have a lot of faith and optimism in each other. A tendency to be overly optimistic and try too many projects at once is true but it should not
cause any real problems. Jupiter squares are never bad since jupiter is a "benevolent" planet

I should add that the marriage is likely to last a while because of sun sq saturn, as the people feel a duty to each other even though they are not happy together. When you see them together you should know that it is not a happy relationship and dont seem to have any chemistry...but they stay together anyway. Hopefully one of the people will eventually decide to break free and follow their heart, which usually happens only years after the person realizes they have had enough in the case of saturn.

yes it does mean they have different life directions, i had this with a friend. But it isnt something you should stress about. It's not a deal breaker or anything. You could learn from each other

We area all visual people and need to SEE charts please rather than data..

How to post your chart… http://www.linda-goodman.com/cgi-bin/ubb/ubbmisc.cgi?action=getannounce&ForumNumber=11&Start=2455736.99&End=2459389&Session=

Basic astrology forum, How to approach Synastry http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum12/private-jjLYZw161/HTML/000667.html
To enter this forum you need an extra password – (astrology)

Please remember to reduce the orb ratio down to 40% (ONLY for synastry bi wheel) as the max orb between planets is 3'. Composite should be 85% orbs

when you get this SYNASTRY chart, please also post the *pdf file*, above left of chart look for *view additional tables (PDF)* This will bring up 2pages. Scroll down to last page for the *aspect grid* THIS is very important as it seems to show more aspects than is visible on the bi wheel…

problem is uploading to photobucket (or imageshack) you have to change this from Aabode format into a picture/jpeg format. This is done by getting the relevant page/grid in front of you on screen then, the press ‘prtsc sysrq’ - top row inbetween pause break and F12. This has been copied to clipboard.

Paste into Paint or some other photo software. Crop the picture and save to hard drive, then upload to photobucket, select chart, press IMG and past link into thread.... all done

Lastly, by making the effort to post the correct charts AND aspect grid will ensure that you are serious in your enquiry and will guarantee (from me at least) a serious response……if you are simply here to get a freebie or are just curious but can’t be bothered to make the effort to post the correct charts then I won’t bother making an effort to delineate them. In this case I will simply refer to a website that offers Free interactive models (like astro.com, astrology3d.com and grupovenus.com) for your amusement…

from the list you posted in the first post, the most important and challenging, I felt was mars square pluto

This suggest power strugges within the relationship, possibly lots of manipulation tactics even.

I don't think the marriage will be a very happy or lasting one unfortunately. =/

Mercury square mercury and mercury square mars are going to lead to ALOT of conflict and misunderstandings.

Venus square venus will rub them the wrong way eventually and moon opposition saturn will be a big damper on the relationship.

Mars square pluto - brings out fighting instincts in both. Good for sex, but not good for understanding or harmony.

for some reason you have posted *sidereal charts* instead of TROPICAL western geocentric

99% use tropical is there any reason you posted them like this? or was it just an oversight?

for HER just do either 12noon or 6am
