There's a sextile between Venus and Merc. applying by 2. Is this a yes or a no? I notice the square between the sun and moon is separating.

Venus and Jupiter like Mercury. Sun likes Venus..

I 'm probably wrong but i think you are mercury (ruler of virgo-ascedent) and also sun and saturn because they are in the same house.

PLus you have moon as a co-significator and jupiter because they are in the same house. I don't think you are venus.

Venus makes an applying sextile to Mercury(you) so maybe the answer of your question is yes..

The querent is always signified by the ruler of the ASC, Mercury; co-significator Moon.
And in man-woman horaries usually also represented by Venus.

His main ruler is ruled by Mercury, so very much ruled by you. I guess he DOES like you. But since Jupiter is retograde, he is having second thoughts, doubts or withdraws.

Sun is ruled by Venus, and if Venus is representing you (It seems that sometimes Venus is representing the querent, and sometimes it is the girlfriend of the quesited.).
Anyway, whoever Venus is representing, he feels strongly attracted to her.
In the case it is NOT you, but the girlfriend, it makes sense that she ends up in your 12th house, where you can`t really see her or would like not to.

Cerid, the moon is void? Really? But it makes aspects. I thought the moon was void when it didn't make any aspects at all. So confusing, lol.

Yes, I know nothing can or will happen between us. Last year we talked about our feelings for each other, but pf course we were both in long term deeply committed relationships. He hinted off he wanted "something" with me, but I declined.

Ever since we have just kept things friendly. Until Last week (Wednesday I think) where he was acting very, very weird with me. He started telling me how he can't go a day without talking to me and how much he missed me (he hadn't signed on for a week or so). He told me he was planning on being off for 3 weeks, but couldn't go through with it.

He even said he was going to come visit me when I told him I didn't believe this was him due to the strange and flirtatious way he was acting, lol.

At the time, I thought his gf was jealous and just sent me the message to see what I would say. Lol..idk. But he insisted it was him...maybe I should have told him to call me. Didn't occur to me at the time.

I was thinking since the 12th house includes secrets, which one would be his 12th house in this horary?

Venus in the 12th house is pretty weird. I've known about his gf for years. He told me she would get jealous when we talked since he always had the biggest crush on me and of course she knows that. I remember we saw each other one time and said hi. She immediately knew who I was and didn't seem too fond of me, hehe.

After I saw her a bit later her bf calls me..lol. I guess she told him he saw me. He sounded really happy to speak to me since we hadn't spoke to one another in a while..

But idk what to think of this horary. It confuses me....

Venus is in his 7th house would be his gf. Clearly he's in love with her and wouldn't do anything to ruin that.

Saturn exalted in Libra conjunct Merc. but separating probably show that he isn't hiding his feelings from me, and that we both know. But he won't act on them (neither would I) due to his gf. The sextile between Venus and Merc show that she sees me as a threat (Mercury..being me indicates we talk to each other a lot and she's jealous?)

Your 5th house is actually his 11th house (his hopes and wishes maybe).
