if you just take into account the 'big 4' or 5 planets you don't have any in common with this person. although a chart might show something different and also natal aspects make a difference - just from what you've provided it doesn't look great for compatibility or emotional rapport. the person with a majority of their major planets in sag would probably be drawn more to someone with a lot of fire/air in their chart, and a cancer moon wants home and stability while a sag moon generally doesn't - really opposite desires there
