just my opinion, but this doesn't look like anything interesting. his ascendant is scorpio, and since that is your sun/mars sign he will be drawn to you because of that, and you to him - you'll recognize something similar in one another. but his ascendant isn't a planet and most of his major planets are in pisces - and two are in his (romantic) 5th house. your aries/libra combo will be too much for this poor guy i think - pisces are extremely sensitive and with all that water energy i don't see you making a good partner for this person or he for you. plus, it appears he has mars in pisces and they don't pursue women with vigor, something your aries moon and libra venus will definitely not like. you'll be the 'man' in this partnership for sure. just opinion :-) maybe someone else will see something great!
