I am going to post my chart first, and the second chart is a couple chart.
Needed your opinion on whether it's going to work or not.
We haven't been speaking...
I am feeling super lost, be it work and my personal life.
Can you please let me know what's going on and also advice what I should do?

I think you're sitting on top of major changes that needs to come about in your work situation. And there could be jitters associated with that. I would advise to not lean too hard on the stability of your relationship, for your sense of well-being, for the moment. Focus on what training you could get to advance in your career. Don't be afraid of calling attention to yourself, since you can underestimate your worth in this area, and criticize yourself too harshly. I expect stabilizing forces to come along mid-July, 4 months from now. There will be a pressurized situation in September but keep with it, the work is good for you. Closer to mid-October there will be news for you on the work/relationship front, that will likely put you in the spotlight for a time. I really advise to get the work situation sorted first. You need this for your self-esteem, to feel that you are on equal ground with a partner. I believe that you feel dissipated at the moment in part because you are funneling your energy into a relationship, leaving you drained. On one hand, there's nothing you can do aside from wait the feeling out, but on the other hand, this is to let you know the downside of living for another, short-changing yourself in the process. It needs to be balanced with having sufficient self-made resources at your disposal. The man in your life, the partner, is likely to be confusing at the moment as you stated, and this is why. It could be difficult communicating with him, and feeling like you're getting a straight answer. Take care that your low feelings don't lead you into physical illness due to a weakened immune system. In other words take notice of the mind/body connection. If this person is someone you met at work then I can see a time for it to work out in your favor down the road. If not then someone from work will come along to fill his shoes. Either way, the workplace is a strong partner meeting place for you, and activity there is being emphasized.

It's a bit hard to see his chart, but it looks like Saturn is squaring his Mars at the moment, leaving him feeling as if he's scrambling around for resources, could be time, could be money. If you have his time of birth there then I would assume it's due to a work or financial situation, as Saturn would be transiting his 2nd.

Am facing huge issues with my boss at work, like there's awesome work but he just doesn't want me to grow..I feel that way..lots of fights ego issues...I feel so drained out..am I going to stick around in my current job...I have been wanting to shift out...but no prospects yet on the job front, that's cause I don't get the time to even look out..
The love front his time of birth is. 5.30am 12th october 1979...there was just such a strong connection between the two of us, it wAs just so abrupt the way we stopped talking...I don't know what to do, I have even tried to talk to him, not tht he didn't reply, but no further efforts were made...

Make that time, take control, if possible do it from home? It's a process, a "hump" to get over, but I think later on you'll be satisfied with your efforts. There's going to be a lot of Aries energy going through your 3rd soon. Mars just barely moved into that sign, there will be a lot of energy shifting out of Pisces. Use that to your advantage to be assertive, and make contacts. I think that will be the push you need to get past this lull. Mars is in Aries now, square to your MC ruler Venus, I think this may be the flashpoint, since it times you asking this question. That's Aries working through your 3rd. Better when it trines your Leo in the 7th. 3rd/7th both social houses, assert yourself where you see fit. Transit Venus in particular, ruling your 10th, going through your 3rd, a good time to network and see what else is out there.

Lonake as you say,I am getting a lot of good opportunities and exposure to bigger contacts, I guess am through problems cause of the planets and their positions....

Anything on the love front...will this guy come back at all, or shud I just let go off him...
