the only thing i don't get is how to determine the time when the question was asked. theoretically it should be when you first asked yourself that question, not always feasible to remember, unless all one ever does is think "lets see if i can make an horary chart about this"

or maybe actually the second the chart is made can be used too, i'm not really sure

Make sure you delete the url code and leave just the img code!

Well its not different from a normal natal chart is it? What you'd do is save the file, edit it as appropriate and upload to an image hosting service like imageshack. Rghost is a good one, you don't need an account but it gets deleted over time
