Hi All

Have major anxiety about my upcoming birthday (26/11) and holiday season, I can't afford to be with my sister in Canada for Christmas and for various reasons decided not to go to mothers place as she will be with her husband.

Am I right to be anxious? Or should I just chill out and plans will work out??
