1. home/living situation-4 of cups. Maybe you actually feel bored at home and try to do things to kill time.
2. career-2 of cups. Does your career have to do with working with people a lot, maybe a lot of interaction with coworkers as well(females?) Or it could be a crush at work?
3. love/romance/relationship-Lovers. A strong connection you feel with someone, maybe in your circle of friends?
4.friends/social life-hierophant. This can mean conformity or group identity. You may feel like you fit in with your group of friends and you like the security.
5. family-knight of wands. a Younger sibling, like a brother?
6. physical health/fitness-Temperance. Maintaining balance, practicing moderation. Maybe it means you are good at balancing your health and if not its a sign you need to work on it
7. mental state-7 of wands.You may feel like you have some mental conflict but you are confident in dealing with your problems
8. emotional state-4 of pentacles. This could be related to the Lovers card and maybe you are trying to hard to hold on, can mean obsession or clinginess when extreme.
