Saturn is in the 4th house, house of family and childhood. It's trine Sun and Venus widely. Your early childhood was not very affectionate, there is some distance between people, or at least they are reserved and can be restrictive.
Since IC ruler Uranus is forming harmonious aspects, I might assume that the family was more of solid and reserved rather than uncaring. Mercury is square Uranus/Neptune, so maybe you felt that you might not always be able to express yourself freely? That it might affect your family environment in some way? But Uranus is in the 3rd house, and this square can give you a very unconventional mind, very original and idealistic, even if you might not always be understood.
