The Top(immediate future):

3 Stairs: progress

The bottom (later future):

Pear: Success between man and woman (think Adam and Eve) this could also mean family issues.
Tree: Family and reunion
Turtle: success through slow, steady progress.

This seems this person is very close to you or will be. One if you have family issues that are burdening you both. One is a shoulder for the other for these problems.
Also, there is something on top of the turtle I can't quite make out. I suspect it represents a burden. You both have this in the way and romance is taking a back seat.
