Ok here we go.

I have you as the moon(the first house was ruled by Virgo, ruled by mercury, but I felt as if I should go with your co-signifacator, the moon.)

The party I have as Saturn(as fifth house which rules parties, is being ruled by Capricorn.)

Now moon and Saturn are making no aspect, but I am finding something interesting here.

You(moon) are in Pisces in the seventh house(house of love) Jupiter is the natural ruler of the seventh house, why is Jupiter important here? Well Jupiter and moon are making mutual reception. Meaning, Jupiter is currently in Cancer, ruled by the moon, and moon is currently in Pisces, ruled by Jupiter. As I've said already, lol.

Anyway, Moon and Jupiter are also seeing each other with a trine, I think Jupiter may be a romantic interest of yours you are hoping to see at the party. Jupiter and Saturn are trine with each other, which means either you will see this person you are interested in, or you will meet someone who you will have a romantic interest for. Last aspect Moon make is a conjunct with Neptune, which I think means(don't take this as gospel) You will be very happy with this person and you two will share the same artistic talents.

I think it means you will meet someone, and I see you two really hitting it off, and then seven weeks later(as Jupiter and moon are seven degrees away from each other, and you as the moon are in a mutable sign and angular house) will hook up and be very happy together.
