I think he will you see struggling with this new phase in your sister's life. Weddings tend to be bitter sweet for family members which I see here. He will recognize the struggle of yours to let go and see how much of a brave face you're putting on to let things go smoothly. I see the Emperor as you right now, recognizing that things change and maintaining your 'rule' over this change, in this case your emotions.

My sister is getting married today and no matter how many times we plan certain things, there is always some slack to be dealt with.

I'm also the maid of honor. A bit nervous about the speech. I want it to come from my heart. Idk what to say yet.

A: Princess of Cups clarified by Prince of Cups.

Ooh, seems like someone who has been noticing you for a while finally has a chance to say something. I would say that within a month, you will meet this guy and he will come to enjoy what makes you divinely feminine. For some reason, I don't get that you're an overly quiet person, which is what Princess of Cups would traditionally signify to me, but that your manner of speaking excites his emotions because it's like your finger is on the pulse of how he feels, without him ever having said it before.

It reminds me of two verses from Roberta Flack's Killing Me Softly:

"I felt all flushed with fever
