The solar return is too hard to read put around the natal in that way. It looks like you have things in the 9, 10th and 1st but then I see that the ascendant is in the 3rd. If you could put your birthdata here and where you were at the time of your solar return I could take a look? Also, I have poor eyesight and this chart is a bit difficult for me to read.

This is a very interesting chart as it puts both Venus and Jupiter conjunct in the 7th house. Being head over heels in love in stark contrast to being free spirit and loving to be free. The person’s mate especially this year will have to contend with his own ego which will be amplified by Jupiter. The sun in the 7th also says he will want a relationship. Mercury in the 8th tends to want to cuss more frequently with that placement than with others.
With Saturn-mars in the 9th, there is the need to study, the desire for higher education and possibly online or alone in some fashion. Mars likes to learn but sometimes does not like to share the stage with others.
Pluto in the 12 means there are more sleepless nights than when Pluto is in any other placement. Usually, the things that are said to go bump in the night are amplified with this placement. Little things that normally would not keep you awake, suddenly have you up and awake.
Neptune in the 2nd hastes to be careful for the moneys you make. It can go easier than it will come.

The biggest focus of this chart is a new (or current at the time of the chart Aug 21) relationship. There will be the need to make it a good and lasting relationship. Not sure what it is you are looking for ….. There will be lots of travel around town (indicated by Uranus in the 3rd)….
