There was a reading few months ago where someone said that my future spouse loves family and he's looking for a partner to start one. This statement was a bit confusing for me that he loves family, but at the same time he doesn't seem to have his own fam.

Why is it confusing? You could meet a man who has no family of his own (besides parents/siblings etc.) but is ready to start his own family with you!

I did your reading with 2 decks. Somehow the Career Change card appeared in the reading along with Protection and the Environmentalist. I clarified these cards with Change Your Focus, Sadness and Isolation and Success and Growth.

All in all I think the reading as a whole suggests that you'll feel disappointed and think that you won't do well, you'll be a bit sad about it, but at the end everything's gonna be fine. The Environmentalist card here advises you to just relax after the exam.

The summary cards are Release clarified by Shine. I think this advises you not to think too much after the exam, just let it go and at the end you'll be shining with happiness.

ETA: I think Change Your Focus speaks for itself - don't sabotage yourself by negative thinking and anxiety! Even if the exam won't be 100% perfect you'll learn from your mistakes. c:
