Let me give this a try....I give this a guess that you got pretty fustrated with the current situation and perhaps, been trying very hard to make a choice, rushing though it....
It depends what kind of person you are in a way... So here you go.
Baking/Art teacher
Priestess - 5 of pentacles (worry)- 4 of pentacles (power)
Priestess as your nature
You are a person who loves nature by default, and that was why you had been thinking about taking a career, mainly, somehow bit more than the bakery job and not onto teaching juat yet, having in mind that you would sure earn something at all..
5 of pentacles as a middle ground that stands between the positive and negative
Worry, yes, worry, mundane worry... It was nothing but all those worries that caught you, which means not only the career you worry about, but the future. Mundane first.
Power as negative aspect
Yes in a sense, when one chooses over or favor something on top of something else, the other one dissapears. I knew what it is to take a lot of things in life, and a struggle between the two is already more than enough. However, making a choice of YOUR main interest means that you are much likely to get devoted to it.
So what should I choose?
I would say know thyself first. There is a down side afterall, that would affect you. If you choose something that you as a nature lover (and whom loves to teach), doomed to just facing nothing but flour and oven, it doesn't seem to fit you. But who knows? Maybe you can consider combinung art in bakery
