I had to re-word your question a little, because it would give me a clearer picture of what is happening.

I asked will E tell ILP his feelings,

I think eventually yes he will. He seems to have had other things on his mind recently and currently relating to work/money(looks like money exchanges with a man) I think from his home life and he has been feeling indecisive, I think you could be right with regards to fear because 3H is a card of indecision that can lead to fear. 3D is also indecision relating to work/money issues that can cause delays. AD is a card of messages and 4H is a card of love.

So i think eventually he will tell you his feelings, but at the moment there is indecision around him, he just has other things going on. I dont know who will intiate contact or who will discuss their feelings first, but it could be him as AD suggests that you will receive a message. But yes I think based on the above you are correct there is fear around him, but it could be work/money related fear too.

Note im also practising, so theres a chance im wrong.

As to how he felt, I waffled a bit my interpretation is at the end.

10H 3H 4H 9S 7H

I believe there are stong feelings there from him, but this spread is a bit up and down, telling me his feelings were fluctuating a little bit. In that 3H shows indecision that can lead to fear, 4H is commitment, 9S shows an ending/change 7H is a card of doubts.

Clarify: 4C 2C KS
4C can show fear of commitment, 2C can show communication but also a little impatience. I think he is represented by the KS(dark haired and/or has air predominant in his chart), alternatively KS is the justice card.

Now when i was shuffling 3S and 7S feel out. The 3S relates to anxiety/fear and 7S can show losing something/removal.

I do think he liked talking to you and I think there are feelings there for you, but i just see some indecision/anxiety/around him, I think he could have a fear of getting too close to someone in case he loses them. I think this will be a theme for a little while and he may come across as a little unreliable, im not sure how far into the future my readings go so might improve after that. Do you think you think he could be that kind of person that is fearful? The cards don't suggest anyone around him, he just seems to have some doubts and fears at the moment.

Do you know if he might have work/money issues? He seems to have been feeling abit stressed out about something leading to some indecision in his love life. Perhaps work/money issues has consumed him so much that he just didnt have the time to focus on relationship. 5D shows changes in money, 5C shows discontent and a need for change. 9D shows spending.

I think he is represented hear by the JD(someone who is feeling anxious and/or has earth dominant in their chart and/or is fair haired). 10D is a really good career card but 10S shows worry/unwelcome news.

So I think the issues i see with him at the moment are stresses related to work/money leading him to feel indecisive about his lovelife. Perhaps he just doesnt have time for that right now. The cards dont suggest anyone else around him, they just suggest he might be a bit stressed.

So, he still seems to have been having issues surrounding work/money recently. I think i saw this KS in another reading i did for you, but now it is in the most past position so this tells me that issue is coming to an end. Plus 8D shows that things are getting better with work, 2D tells me you might get an invitation from him and AC as outcome shows new beginnings, although they might feel a little bit slow at first(AC was in reverse).

Clarify: 10C 9C QD
10C shows new beginnings 9C shows changes in communicating, but also can also show new responsibilities. I think you are represented here by the QD(you will be decisive and/or you have earth mainly in your chart and/or you have fair air), i think it means you will be decisive. But let me know on that

So no I dont see anyone else around him, he seems to have been busy with work/money related things, no hearts were there so I think he has been preoccupied with work/money, i can see things have started to improve/will start to improve with regards to his work maybe things have gotten a little busier for him, but i think you should expect to get invited somewhere. But in the end I think there are new beginnings for you both. I think it will be up to you in the end(QD in clarifiers, QD is decisive).

5S 10D 3S 4H 2S

Do you know if he has been feeling trapped and stressed out, perhaps about work related things recently? 3S in present shows fear/anxiety and with 4H on top of that, i think the fears also relate to love and commitment. 2S can show a decision that needs to be made, perhaps something is going to change.

To clarify, I pulled 3H 6H KC
3H can show indecision/fear in love, 6H can show a relationship/want for balance in relationships. It seems from the main spread cards that there is no balance for him in this area at moment.
2S as outcome along with KC tells me a decision needs or will be made that he feels is for the best.

I know that you are an empath so I think perhaps also you are picking up on his anxiety and you have a underlying feeling that there is a big change coming up soon for him.

Let me know if it resonates, i've not done this type of question, so i could be wrong, but it's how i've interpreted the cards.

I do think he knows he needs to make a decision, very curious to see which way he choses to go
( as you know he is seeing someone) so I think it could involve her.

Its strange, mostly I just feel him here and there but this time I actually woke up!
Also today I did something different and it led to a sign about him.
I usually do not look for someones email adress I just type out the name, but this time I couldnt even remember the name and just pressed a letter hoping it would show and his was first to show! I wasnt even looking for his, someone elses.
It then showed our 1st email exchanges, hence the edit to a different question.

I dont know if you have been going out more but I do get you will start to, more and more.
