you are trapped in your expectations and fears without letting go of the fears you will not be able to move forwad away from feeling this way. Also you are going through healing in a way you are "needing" to hit low to come back up with full power.
I feel it may be a clearing of energy to fill up with fresh energy.
But the fears you have mixed with not meeting your expectations/hopes is giving you the low feeling right now.

Yes, by the end of month you'll be in great spirits. Probably you'll spend a lot of time with some earth, air and fire dominant personalities. Nothing of such significance but you'll enjoy the end of month. There will be a lot of communications with some air dominant person. Overall a pleasant month you'll socialise in.
