there is one woman in that Project, who doesn't seem to like me at all. To be honest, i couldn't stand her from the start but i have always been polite.
Recently i asked her if she lost weight - she reacted p*ssed off. Then i asked her if she has lightened her hair. She was very reserved. Ehm....i wanted to make compliments...but ok
I've been told that she complained about me for asking if she lost weight, etc.
Since then she wouldn't even say hello and kills me with her eyes.

Why doesn't she like me? Is it because i don't like her?

She thinks you are phoney. She is also a bit envious of your work ethic. I feel like she sees you as better and so she thinks you think that of yourself. She assumes wrong becsuse of her low selfesteem. She projects it on to you.
Just dont pay more attention to her unless you need to or she asks. Act like nothing happened.

maybe i was like a phoney to her. Normally i show what i feel because i appreciate honesty but since her Office is right next to mine and since she never did me any mischief, i have been polite (not friendly)

My work ethic? Not likely since she we are not involved directly.

I just thought it's crazy since she doesn't even greet me since i asked if she has lightened her hair hahaha

There is some envy.also I think maybe she saw other like you more so she tries to make a scene out of it. Like she tried to make you look bad to try and outshine you. Childs play.

My Q - what obstacle or what is making A still a bit distant to me ?
I texted he saw it but no reply. I know he can be busy.. so I wonder

so why didn't he contact you: knight of wands rev 6 of cups and the magician. The knight of wands rx tells me that he did want to message you but somehow he got lost to do so. I pulled a clarifier on the knight and got the 6 of wands. Okay. wow. I think he was busy with a celebration, a promotion or a nice visitor.
He's definitely happy and seems to be busy with a celebration of some kind
