Topic: Overthinking/Worried or Intuition?

I don't know if what I'm feeling is me being worried and overthinking (as that is something I can do often) or if what I'm feeling is an intuition feeling. For a semi-background information, my mind is currently distracted. When I say distracted...it is very distracted! There are two guys that I am interested in JS and JM, and I don't know what steps to take in regards to either. Then two other people like me that I'm not interested in and I don't want to hurt anyone, but I also don't want to get hurt myself. Then there is an issue concerning my previous job that I am slightly worried about and then my writer's block/procrastination. And not to mention, I'm praying that I get approved for the loan I applied for two weeks ago because I'm in serious need of it...I wanted to know if anyone can pull, intuition, tarot or whatever tool you use (if any tool at all) is fine with me. I would like to know am I stressing out, or is something bad going to happen soon? IP: Logged |

Sorry you are feeling this way. What I would like to say is that worries only make challenges harder, and no matter what happens, it would be a good idea if you tried a form of meditation or other activity that helps you relax and focus at the same time. I strongly recommend a sport and also, a simple form of meditation in silence, in a safe and quiet environment where you can practice positive thinking, by letting your thoughts flow and transform the negative thoughts you hear coming out into their positive counterpart. Thank you for this Leeloo I am trying to rebalance myself and not allow this stress to consume me as it has been for the past couple of days. Meditation will help, and something I should try. Normally I just get in a relaxed state my listening to music. The thing with how things are now, is wondering if I am confusing my intuition with over thinking, lol. IP: Logged | |
