The present situation is draining, as you said and doesnt lead anywhere, obviously.

If i do what he wants me to do, and it is something i want too but somehow i feel hesitant and slow about doing it, how this will change the outcome for us. Can you look into it? It involves a change from my part.

I would say, right now the moment is not beneficial to go back to school and obtain a degree. You are not in the right mind set as of currently.
Snake + woman opening the spread shows that a woman is in your way to make this happening, a cunning woman at that. Mice shows worries, financial worries, problems with money.

Ok, yes there will be a choice to make. The first spread ends with Garden and Crossroads. Garden shows you be out in the open standing at a literal crossroad, should you go this way or that way....

if you leave the job and get into the study ( the second spread) it be successful at the end but the process will be tedious at the least, I see Bouquet starting the second spread so it will start with enthusiasm , then some difficulties and the pondering did u make the right choice ( Cross and Clouds) , but the end is good ( Fish) so once you start it, dont get discouraged, its gonna be alright at the end. Fish is a career card, successful career and its the last card in the spread.
