My mom is a Cancer rising like me and on New Year's Eve 1988 when Saturn was last in Capricorn and her 7th house she married my dad (she met him in 1986 when Saturn was in Sag/her 6th house) so that kind of gives me hope that Saturn transiting here isn't going to be too restrictive when it comes to love... Even though I'm single and not getting married anytime soon I am hoping and praying Saturn's transit of Capricorn will bless me with a mature and lasting relationship since it is the 7th house ruler after all.

This is what I've learned (through reading astrology books) on Saturn transiting your 7th house. Usually it's affects go with where your natal Saturn is placed as well in your chart.

Saturn going through your 7th can bring an older, more mature type person into your life--whether it be a mentor, spouse that is older in wisdom or chronological age, few opportunities for partnerships, and also it can help you to look at the people in your life (others) to see what you are getting out of the relationships you have with them. It's possible that you will leave some of them behind, other friendships will become stronger, etc., but when Saturn finishes its transit, you will know who your real friends are as it will help you to see through the superficialities, but also let you see what your responsibilities are when it comes to making new friends (maybe older, wiser ones) and what you need to do to keep them. You may end up with a smaller circle of friends or people around you, etc. There's lots of possibilities with this transit. Keeping a positive outlook on others and yourself as well as not worrying about what others think about you or whether things will work out in a relationship is also a possibility--as these are things you may need to work on during this time.

You've also got some gorgeous transits intermixed in these coming years.

Have Faith in yourself, work on having a positive outlook in life, building your self-esteem.

If you are a person of Faith, you might have some keen experiences. Let it go DEEPER inside you. Anchoring you.

Saturn in the 6th also may have manifested as needing to work hard at things, having to exercise extra discipline hard work, with what seems like little reward?

Also, it can indicate needing to be serious about taking care of health when symptoms arise.

Saturn cj Moon -- When it arrives on your moon, can have the effect of a 'ghosty~drafty' feeling, a sense of fleeting isolations and feeling as though you are all-alone in your life... even when there ARE people in your life who love you.
.. Remember that this might be 'Fake News' if you wind up feeling that way.
.. ALWAYS stop in your loneliness, and Count Your Grateful-Heart Blessings.. looking at what you DO have, looking at what DOES work for you.

Good luck on your new volunteer position at animal shelter.

'Volunteering' is 6th House!
6th House is also 'pets'..

Being with animals may feel nurturing to your Moon. Animals have a way of knowing you and responding in a way that more-detached humans cannot.

Maybe you'll find yourself involved with groups who advocate. (Your chart would support any social leanings for that.)

I knew a person with a Moon-Pallas signature who won science agriculture/homeEconomics awards.

She was also good at home crafts (like you).

Enjoy singing for your own enjoyment's sake. Don't just pursuit it because someone else a marker in their chart. MANY things have to come together to make that actual determination.

A chart can "support" activities, make some things more disposed to 'flow'. Doesn't mean it prevents a person from doing what they feel they want to do. The 'feel' a person would have towards pursuing an interest, job, or vocation, is much MORE an indicator for direction.

For example.. singing.
Get an honest professional appraisal of your voice and any actual talents before you'd pursue that in a fierce way. (Family and friends aren't always the best judge-- positive OR negative.) If you are well-resourced (financially) then I guess it wouldn't matter as much... but before sinking all kinds of TIME, practice, (and money), on something like a singing career, I'd say take lessons for a season, then get an honest evaluation-- (even two of them).

One of the things I really loved about the watching "Idols" (voice) contests on TV is that some of the judges would flat-out tell the person they were wasting their time and dollars if they'd try to pursue a career any longer.

So, laughing, just because someone else had a chart feature and did well, doesn't mean that you'd get the same results.... but!, it IS just dern fascinating when you see how well some things can parallel, in their own mysterious ways.
