Wow! All cups! The seven and four of cups is showing that he is still holding back just a little. Think of a puppy that had been abused. They will inch out just a little (she looks nice) but then will pull back. Eventually they will put all their trust in you. Maybe a silly analogy but this came to mind. The three of cups in your future is showing that yes he is really looking forward to seeing you.

I dont get him quitting the volunteer, the change then may be connected to his love life, feels like he wants to refocus his life and try to make some more stable changes.

The six of wands is showing that he is starting to feel closer and happier with you. This is an excellent card which shows positive progression. Ok, my other questions are

1. Now that there is this nice feeling after seeing each other again, how will next 2 weeks develop between us?

1. Well, I see things continuing with you and J, I see there again being ups and downs, but I do not feel that this will be long lasting in a romantic sense, as to me it feels like he does switch his focus again to someone else, so I feel like he does keep the connection on a light level and not really taking it to something deep, I feel like he thinks you and him do function well this way. So this will continue and it will have a longer period of being good but I do also see there coming a bump again.

2. Honestly not sure if he only meets a woman or it turns into something committed this year but I do feel a new woman around him, later in the year and I feel like will be willing to put his wall down and give it a true shot, someone who he will be way more interested in than he has been in recent women. So I do feel someone he will be more intensely focused on later in the year.

There is the possibility of you two getting together again. But...you may have to bring this up as you have two pentacles cards here. They are slow moving. UGH! The page of pentacles as your clarifier is showing that he would like to get together as well however it might not happen until the end of two weeks or maybe a bit longer.
