Going to say that Z wants your attention. Basically he/she wants a reaction out of you. Thinking that Z is trying his level best, but it doesn't seem to be working at the moment. If you keep it up, Z will eventually start ignoring you and leave you alone. Z seems to be someone annoying to you - is this correct?

Idk if ur gender or ur sexual preference so I’m just going off my cards in which I see female interests or maybe just people more in tune w their feminine side:

I get a woman who’s more on the extroverted side, sure of herself, and a bit mercurial. (I keep thinking fire or earth sign) Because of that I see that you’ll be a couple that goes out a lot or is active. You’re going to inspire each other in a way and they’ll be a good deal of patience for each other and each other’s goals/separate lives. There’s still going to be a strong attachment though which is good. However, there’s always a shadow side to love. This person likes their work (or could be just any project they invest a lot of their time w). So balancing that and the relationship after that honeymoon phase has to be prioritized. Some couples isolate themselves from other ppl but you guys won’t it’s just a work/project balance issue. I also see that this person has issues w compromising they want things their way n will tell little white lies to get what they want. Manipulate w kindness. Which I think will be sudden bc you and ppl around u will see strong attachment at first n then the next minute the opposite extreme. I also think that 1 of u will try their hardest to fix everything n try to analyze little actions to understand what happened but I can’t see if they’ll be a resolution or how long it lasts. I also see another female or more feminine interest that is more passive, motherly, and calm. I think you will meet this person at the end of the relationship w the 1st person.

Your read - probably swapped then. There was a clear show that one side was far more interested than the other. If I pull on his feelings atm, I get 3 wands - 4 swords - the fool. He definitely wants to try to get to know you better, and he is hoping to hear from you. However, I don't see it been very deep emotional attachment from you and part of him thinks you're rejecting him.
