my supervisor dislikes me. She admitted its for Peroneal reasons. Her believes are stopping her from talking to me. She gives me a hard time nitpicking my work even though she had to admit multiple times that im doing great

Regardless of that this happened today. I called in sick. In the department they send an email to everybody when someones call in sick kind of monitoring the whole department.
I emailed her a notice from the emergency room. She ignored my email as usual.
She panicked and had to call someone to assist them today.
Usually when she is sick we manage to work only four of us. But today she had three main ppl and an assistant and herself. She sent a shift report to everybody headlined like this that everybody were champions today for handling this and she thanked them.
I was like wth. They always throw me with inexperienced employees and expect me to make the whole department function. My co workers and i are overworked. And now one call in sick she send this??? Why??
