Hiya Chaitlay for your question I got:
King of Cups
2 of cups(R)
4 of pentacles
With the king of cups, I think his feelings are genuine but with 2 of cups reversed may be stressed (sorry I'm still learning reversals)
With 4 of pentacles, he may be guarded about his feelings towards you
