I have been struggling with health problems since around 2008, which i believe to be down to pluto and saturn transits in my 6th house. However, i have been very disillusioned lately, with low mood and desperate for relief from these ongoing problems. The sun is square my natal neptune which i think is contributing to this. I've been struggling with hypochondria as well as genuine health matters.

I'm wondering if anyone can tell me anything about health issues for the coming 12 months based on my natal chart?
