Is this a big change for R? Did something happen in his last work place? It does seem like it will be an initial adjustment - but there will be a happiness, and I want to say a following of their own knowledge and intuition there, there will be learning and questioning about how this new job works and how they fit into it. There will be a questioning if it’s the right fit; and if it will give them the right rewards.

Yes there have been big changes in his career and not always for the better unfortunately!

For you I got 8W, 7W, Knight W so a lot of fire energy here! I'm not sure there is a lot of emotional connection here but it doesn't mean he doesn't care. I think he does but may be easily distracted by life in general and also proving himself in some way for the sake of proving himself. He likes to live freely and perhaps is a little self centred in some ways. I think he has passion for you and is interested but there is still room for developing an emotional connection as it is not currently there.

I just noticed I missed your question on another thread from a while ago- it was about what your relationship would be like with your ex if you got back together? I can answer that one too if you still would like it doing.

Ok so I got 2w, 9W, Ace S, Wof, King W, 7C

I think that if you rekindle the relationship with your ex, it will start out quite passionate and nice but slowly fall into some of the issues you had before- does someon here have anger issues?

One or both will feel misunderstood and there will be petty arguments. I think you will regret rekindling this. It seems like this relationship won't be able to give you what you want in life
