it began with our being in a very large group of people; i discovered something that belonged to bill gates, who happened to be present for some kind of convention...he was there with his children, 3 girls. i stood in front of an enormous crowd, in a long, flowing, gossamer nightgown and flannel robe (not at all revealing), and i had long flowing hair, that fell down my back in a cascade of curls. holding up my arms, i made an announcement (can't remember what) that required bg to come up to me, and he did, rather sheepishly. the entire crowd applauded and cheered.

i then led him through the crowd to the back of the room to a large wall map. we looked at it and located his home. he asked me how i knew where his home was. i replied that i and some others were looking for Atlantis and that we thought that his home might be very close to it. he said that Atlantis was not located in the ocean next to him, and i responded that some believed that it was in fact in the pacific ocean.

he then stated that as he was travelling with his children, they had to stick to their schedule and depart. that's fine i said, and i escorted him outside to a balcony. he seemed hesitant, as if he were waiting for me to say something. i didn't, just smiled. he then said he had to go and began to walk down the stairs to the parking lot where his vehicle and children were waiting.

then he stopped and looked at me and said that i'd probably never see him again-- very emphatically. i said ok. he said are you sure, with some disbelief. i smiled and said of course. so he walked down the stairs and then turned and looked up and said, how would you like to go out tonight and get drunk? i laughed and looked over the railing and said, no thankyou, i don't drink. he looked deflated and turned and left.

later i was at my grandmother's house (she's no longer alive, and the house is no longer in our family, although i did live there as a teenager.) i was standing in the garage with someone and we were going through the trunk of a car. i was still dressed in the gown and flannel robe.

and bg drives up into the driveway in a huge brown truck, very odd, rustic and weathered. children in the back. he roared up, jumped out and ran over to the garage where we were standing. he berated me for still wearing the nightgown, and rather impatiently asked me to help him at another vehicle. we walked over to this vehicle and opened the trunk. we both bent over into the trunk and started rummaging through it. i turned my head to the side and up, and his face was very close to mine, so i smiled and then i kissed him!

a very long, slow, sensual kiss.
he looked very stunned and distraught and not at all pleased, and asked me, why did you do that? and i smiled and laughed.

then i awoke.

Could this dream be about money, and acceptance of it's influence in your life.. the troubling parts, where a crowd of affluence gathers, you are an important comfortable person.. then he leaves.. then comes back and berates you for accepting him and showing him with a soft kiss.
Your robe outfit sounds divine.. a mixture of comfort and sensuality.

I share a birthday with him.
I'm cuter though.

Um...
But very much not rich.

I'm very sure this isn't the key, but it might open up other doors as well, so I figured I'd write it..

Hello Hedgewitch

I haven't really given this dream much thought yet, but I have read it and nothing obvious jumped into mind, and I wasn't sure about some of the symbols. I think Ms. Pixie is very much on point.

Do you kind of understand the dream from that point of view?

Risks are the first part of starting something that means a lot to you.. so much you are willing to look for it. Look to the subtle signals rather than the facade. Trusting yourself to go for it. No matter what.
You seem rather accepting of yourself.. flannel robe over a gossamyr gown.. all your own.
