....Yes, I just woke up from a saturday afternoon nap and had an intriguing dream.

I lived across the street from this house, were I could see their garage from my front living room window, I was standing up in the living room looking at the house outside when my neighbor gets home drunk as hell and smashes her garage door, I saw that but wasn't really concerned because she got out of the car fine, as she is entering the house and I can't see her no more I see her same car (which it was a yellow taxi NY type) coming down the street again and with a extreme force again smashes the front of her garage door again, she is drunk again; this time the garage door is damaged and bent inward in a way that her husband comes out of the house from the space betwwen the garage door and the floor and again, there she comes , as he is coming out of the house to see what is going on, she is driving again down the street and smashes the garage door trying to park but this time she hits her husband in the process, at this point I grab my cell phone and start calling 911 as I go out to help the guy, but to my surprise there is no one outside, the garage door is still damage but the car and both individuals are gone.
I seem to be very confused, not to mention I was screaming for anyone in that street to help me as I was exiting my house and running towards that house, I saw all the doors of the other houses shut and there is no one in sight, the street was as quiet as can be, this is when I turned around to look at the accident and realized there was nobody there.

So, I start looking around, hang up on the phone, and the couple comes out of the house like there was nothing wrong, I asked them if everything was alright, they were acting weird, like they were hidding something, so I decided to go inside their house and look around (for some reason they let me and stayed outside).
Inside their house I found their teenage daughter doing drugs laying on her bed and eating her grandmothers body that has been laying there for what it seems like it was years,because that body was mummified, she was eating little pieces of her hand that would turn into a dust looking drug and she was pretty out of it, so was her friend that was in the same room.
The place was a mess.

I left and next thing I know is that the cops I called when I dialed 911 did come and saw everything I saw, it seems there was a big bust and they rebuild the house into a three story building were a nice older lady used to live (don't ask me how since there was no building before, maybe it was the dead grandma) on the third floor,but the point of what I was seeing now is that it was being covered by the news and this guy standing in front of the building with the TV camera shooting him life was saying...
"they rebuild the crack house into this beautiful yellow building, they even put nice flowers on the balconies but the ones that live inside are still the same people and they will bring this structure down with time"

To me, this means that some issue/situation or association in your life has apparently changed, externally. On the outside, things look good. However, it is made clear that the internal workings/energies or people involved in this scenario have not changed, so that on the inside, things are still not good.

Does this describe your work environment?

Then again, why would my ideas be the right ones?
