Ok this dream was a while back when I first met this guy I'm sort of talking to now. In the dream, a male friend of mine from high school and I were sitting in stands/bleachers at what seemed to be like a rodeo. A male on a white horse rode into the arena and my friend bumped me on the shoulder and said "there is your man". The only thing was I couldn't see the guy's face that was on the horse. Well NOW, it dawns on me that this guy I'm talking to is really good friends with the male friend of mine from high school that was in my dream. I was wondering why I would dream about a friend I haven't seen in years lol....so I need input! Is the guy I'm talking to, the guy on the horse?? What does it symbolize. Thanks!  IP: Logged |

Weird thing just happened to me today..I was reading an old (from about a week ago) email from the guy in my life, and in it I was complaining about someone at work who is a little, uhhh, frisky towards me, and anyway, he said, "well should I come riding in on my white horse and save you?" This reminded me of your dream.
Does this guy make you feel protected and looked after? As girls we read about our knights in shining armour coming for us, riding a big white horse, you know?
And in movies, the good guy always wears white and the bad guys are in black.
At least the old westerns. Anyway, maybe this is the one for you, or the one for you right now?

lol thats funny how it reminded you of my dream!!  ummm I actually had the dream when I first met him so at the time, I didn't feel like he was that person. He is 4 years older and seems more mature than even that. He reminds me of an old man cause he's in bed like clock work early, always works, etc. He is a great guy....I just didn't know if he was linked to this dream at the time I met him and his friend and my friend from HS being in it!! Hi Glam;I looked up white horse, and it wasn't very informative. It said something like:
If you dream of a white horse, it augers a time of sucess surrounding a woman.
Sometimes dream books are not helpful. Anyway, here is what I was thinking.... Sometimes our dream minds substitute one person for another.
I think this is for us to understand, or relate person A with person B. Like, I may dream of my boss and my high school gym teacher.
They do not know one another. But, maybe my brain is trying to get me to understand my boss better, so it plops my teacher in there, to say, "see, remember Mr. So and So, he did/said/acted this way, this is what you need to know about person B."
That is the only thing I can think of regarding the people in your dream. A rodeo is a competition.
Is someone, or more than one person 'competing' for your attention??
Is someone trying to win your favor?? This all sounds like romance, but the other night I was in a lucid sort of dream state, and for some reason I was thinking about this dream, and something told me this has more to do with career.
