Still having these dreams? I have some ideas. But first, what kind of carnival is in the dreams? Is it the kind with games, rides, and side-shows, or more of a fair kind of atmosphere?

Its along the lines of a fair,just setting up at night time.There are Ferris wheels,and merry go rounds.Not everything is ready or built yet,its like the fair just came to town,and they are setting it up.And its un-believably huge.Miles and miles of this fair.And its always evening,the sun going down and the night time falling.

As these places are recurring, I would suggest that they are representations of different parts of your psychological landscape, different areas of your subconscious mind that convey a certain meaning, depending upon what action is taking place within them.

When you dream about visiting or looking for someone inside a hospital, this could suggest a need to heal or fix your relationship with whomever you are seeking.

When you dream about boarding a flight or landing at an airport, this could suggest a change of some kind, perhaps a goal, thought, idea, or situation ... or perhaps a wish to make a change, take a new direction.

The carnival is interesting. Here we have representations of both a beginning (setting up) and an ending (sunset/night). It is difficult to know exactly what is meant, but your feelings about being there could offer some clues. How do you feel about being at this carnival?

In some way, the carnival represents some aspect of yourself. It could be your inner child/playfullness, or it could be more of confusion and bewilderment. It could even symbolize shadow aspects of yourself, aspects that you may not consciously recognize but which are seeking conscious recognition and balance.

This carnival scenery could even suggest a feeling within yourself, like you are waiting for something to happen but feel as if time is running out.

In most basic regards these places are places I have been to multiple times,though I always thought they served more than just as memories of places I have been.

The Hospital,In actuality I've spent many hours there seeing family,and my father before he passed on.Perhaps that's why.I never got to say goodbye to him properly,besides a hug and kiss on the cheek.I'm thankful for that,I don't think i would have had the heart to do more,especially if i knew he was going to pass.So maybe i go there to look for him.

The plane.In actuality i've moved 3,000 miles away from my hometown,and the move was very big for me.My dad is always with me on the plane,along with my family in the dream.In real life,My fiance is asking me to move to be with him,which would be another big move.I'm a little fearful of that.
and i'm very attached to my family in real life,it holds me back from "growing up" and leaving my family behind.So the plane is a little scary to me.Change is a little scary to me.

The fair in actuality is a fond memory of my childhood.My father would take us there every summer.and in the dreams i have a bittersweet feeling of being happy to be with my family and for us all to be young again,but i know in the dream,its just a dream,but i try to enjoy it as much as i can.Though we can't go on many rides as we are always having to leave because its night,and nothing is set up in the fair yet.
